This is an update to my previous review; I went through the drive through, this evening, 1/12/24. As I drove up, I noticed a fella about my age, pushing a cart and a bicycle; and he looked hungry. I decided to add a dbl chzbrgr to my order, after I finalized my order; thankfully the young man taking my order was very nice.
He was proficient, polite, and professional. He thought it was cool that I was buying the other fella a sandwich. He asked me to pull into a spot, as my chicken sandwich had to be cooked. He bagged the dbl chzbrgr separately from my food, and put a double crimp on it.
I thought my bag felt heavy, but focused on finding the other fella. I quickly found him, took him the sandwich, and showed him that it was in an unopened bag. He was nearly in tears as he accepted it. I was nearly in tears as I gave it.
I know it ain’t much, but it made me feel awful good, the other fella felt awful good, as did the fine young man who handed me the food! As I said “God bless you, brother”, he said the same. We made eye contact, as we spoke, and we both instantly knew that all intentions were good. In that moment, that second, we both expressed and experienced, God’s love, in real time! I will remember that for the rest of my life!
It wouldn’t have happened without the young man at Hardee’s, who let me add to my order late, and then bagged it perfectly for its purpose. I later found that he’d added an extra apple turnover and upsized my fries. I’d ordered a medium combo, with one apple turnover; I got a large combo, two turnovers, and the best dang chicken sandwich, ever! It was absolutely delicious!
Thanks to the young man, working for Hardee’s; he made me comfortable enough to think about the other fella. Thanks to the other fella, for bringing a smile to my face.

Read moreOk so I'm not sure if every consumer is the way that I am. But I rely allot upon reviews . With that being said I am putting my 2 cents (or $50) in on this one. First off I dont just get on here and write bad reviews, I just believe that we are all entitled to get what we pay for. Hardees has always been my favorite! There are so many items on the menu I love. Such a huge disappointment! Driving home from Orlando and held out all day to eat at Hardees. The young lady who took my order was sweet. As I waited, I couldn't help but see my order being prepared ( the place was empty) I watched as every single thing I ordered came out of a microwave and was pushed to the young lady to put into my bag. Ok I know allot of things are microwaved so not that big of a deal. But even the burgers. I thought that those were at the least warmed on some type of grill. Then I'm like ok, surely I'll get fresh fries!! Nope old cold fries. So they clearly don't care if your a return customer. They only care that they get your money right then. Because no one would return there for $50 of horrible food! With the price of things these days I work to damn hard for my money, so my review is save yourself the hassle and go...

My credit card for whatever reason at the time wasn't working and here I am a 50 year old woman and this beautiful little 18 year old girl pays for my purchases, and when I said please give me your phone number or an address so I can send you this money back immediately and she said oh it's not necessary, well I found out from somebody who worked at the gas station what her name was and where she worked and luckily I found her, I gave her the money back that she lent me and then some. She was beyond humble and gracious! And the food...
