I went to McDonald's in Chiefland, Florida on May 1, 2019 at approximately 4:15pm. I ordered a grilled snack wrap with lettuce and tomatoes only via the drive-thru. When I pulled up to Window 1 to pay, I asked the young female cashier if I was charged for the tomatoes. She said yes, 59 cents. I asked her if I received credit for the cheese and the sauce that normally came with the snack wrap. She looked puzzled and said "y'all need to get me out if here" and walked away. She returned with a manager and I asked the manager if I could get credit for the cheese and sauce since I was being charged an outrageous amount for a couple of diced tomatoes. She was very nice and stated that it doesn't work that way. The manager removed the tomatoes from my order and rang up a grilled chicken wrap, plain. The young cashier stated, "didn't you want lettuce on your wrap "? I answered yes and she corrected it in her computer. I must give this young lady credit, as she was friendly when returning my change and giving me my receipt. Normally, things do not bother me like this. But this incident struck a nerve. I was probably saving McDonald's money by omitting the cheese and sauce. And then to be charged 59 cents for tomatoes? Does that really seem fair to the customer? Your machines should be set up to, for example, replace cheese with tomatoes. They probably cost around the same. Maybe the cheese cost a little more. I don't know but that's not my point. McDonald's is one of the biggest fast food chains in the world. And you're going to be petty about adding tomatoes and omitting cheese. I'll still be a customer. But next time I order a grilled chicken wrap, I'll ask for...

Ordering went great, I pulled to the 1st window, AS ALWAYS, older lady there didn't even ONCE looked at me, I sat there in my car for about 2 mins WITH MY CARD OUT THE WINDOW, DIDNT ONCE LOOKED AT ME. Manager - tall brunette came in, gave her something and the same - NO EYE CONTACT WITH ME OR MY CREDIT CARD HANGING OUT 2" away the CLOSED window! I am sitting there and thinking "Who in the world am I supposed to pay?!?!". There was no note on the window either and nobody was picking out the 2nd (pick up) window, to give me an indication that I am to pay them not to this gal WHO IS WAYYY TO BUSY (?!?!) to even look at me!!! I waited almost 10 minutes to place my order standing at the register. No one acknowledge me no one said hey Will be right with you or anything like that which in my is absolutely ridiculous when I saw at least 6 employees standing around, playing on their phones, and talk to each other, while I was standing there, waiting to place an order.
Then I got my food. I ordered 2 quarter pounders with cheese, a 20 piece McNugget, two large fries and a fish sandwich. Everything was cold soggy buns were stale. I feel like my food not even grilled or fried fries tasted stale as can be they were soggy greasy it’s just absolute disgusting.
