McDonald's — Restaurant in Chillicothe

I hate doing this but man....what a nightmare this visit was. I made a mobile order, for ONE large swet tea. Got to the restaurant, waited for over 12 minutes in line just to get a cup. Finally get my cup, go to get my drink, no ice, in either machine. A nice young man comes out to refill large lids that a previous customer had asked for, then got asked to go get ice, which he did. After standing there waiting for 10 more minutes, just for a drink, I filled my cup with ice and sweet tea. Took a long waited for drink and nearly gagged. The sweet tea was the worst I've ever had. And I drink a McDonald's sweet tea every single day. This tasted extremely over brewed then a crapload of sugar dumped in it to cover the overbrewing. It was awful. I even went and tried the 2nd canister of sweet tea but it was just as bad. The young lady at the counter was so overwhelmed and the young man who kept getting asked to do job after job after job, before the other one was even finished, are the only reasons I gave service 2 stars. The unsweetened tea canister was leaking all over the beverage area, no ice, no lids stocked, no ketchup, and some lady screaming out demands in the back, I can see why they are understaffed. I wouldn't work for someone who yells like that. It's rude to the staff and disrespectful to the customers. This McDonald's used to be very clean and well ran. The only positive was the play area. I was in the drive through for 35 minutes, as my Google GPS has it time tracked. I ordered a sausage muffin with the sausage on the side, 2 number 7 and a fry. I was pulled forward, finally after 15 min kid comes out to say they dropped my sausage and are remaking it. I went in to use restroom, on my way out I was handed my ba, looked at the muffin, it had sausage. The kid was taking out another pulled up car (like 8 of them) I said "you made it wrong, its supposed to be no sausage, sausage on the side" my grand daughter is vegetarian. He took the bag when making a face. After waiting again, I see this boy walk out the restaurant and go to a different pulled up car, speak to the driver then tuned and went back Into the restraunt. So get out my car and ask if my sandwich is ready. The ride boy walks over to the counter where the bag he just had outside is laying, grabs it and hands it to me. I look in the bag, pull out the sandwich and it's a muffin with egg and cheese. I'm asking the employees where a manager is, I'm getting ignored, then I heard the kid call some guys name. I pulled the egg off the sandwich, and tossed it onto an empty tray and say "how hard is it to make a dime order, a bunch of idiots" and walked out. This has to be the worst McDonald's in the entire state of Illinois. Each time we go here the food is either cold stale not right or it takes forever just to get it. I don't understand what is so hard about listening to what the customer wants pays for and then executing their order. And they want raises on their paychecks? Please, they can't even complete a simple order. Even my 8-year-old, who loves McDonald's, is disgusted by this place The nuggets are never edible when he gets them and the fries are always only half full. I mean my gosh they can't even get drink orders right lol You order a Coke and they give you a mountain dew how ignorant can you be? My toddler could make better food than this. And it's not like they have to do much most of the food is already made They basically just have to warm it up So sad that people are incapable of providing quality customer service anymore.
