Keko's Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Chincoteague

Just stopped by for a quick bite on the way back from a boat tour to the beach. Staff behind the bar were very busy and told us that we technically needed to order inside the water park since we had wrist bands for the water park from the day before (for the record not all of us did). My wife had just waited in a long line so the bartender took our order anyway. We thanked her and appreciated the accomodations.

Then the manager (I assume) came out and proceeded to tell us that we were cutting in front of all of the people in the park, or something (as she was delivering our food). Just a note to managers out there...we do not know how your business works after being there for five minutes. We didn't ask to cut in front of anyone. Just looking for lunch. While the manager was informing us of the policy she forgot to offer napkins or ketchup and, quite frankly, I didn't want to ask. Maybe we caught the place on a bad day, but I don't imagine we would go back. Your experience may be better inside the water park.

Like many food service places they are a bit understaffed so patience is necessary. Have been here many times and the bartenders have always been friendly and worked hard to serve everyone. The food is excellent ...fish tacos are amazing and I could be addicted to the fries. As for drinks I like the grapefruit crush...who would have thought grapefruit would have made a good drink. 4 stars because it would be nice to be open...

Our family spent the day with our baseball team at the park and enjoyed some beverages at Keko's bar. The staff was very attentive and quick to serve us. I mistakenly left my card at the bar and Neilly over delivered by mailing my card back to me on her day off. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
