Arby's — Restaurant in Chino Hills

Went to drive through for lunch today with a friend, two separate orders. I ordered a classic roast beef with medium curly fry and a Coke, he ordered a Gyro meal with small crinkle fry and a tea. When we got our food, my bag had a medium crinkle fry and his had a small curly fry. When we told the young man at the window that they had gotten the fries mixed up, he asked if we could just switch (which was no big deal) but they expected me to pay extra to get the medium curly fry that I had ordered and was clearly shown on my receipt. My buddy got a medium when he had ordered a small, but it was not our fault that they had messed up. Extremely poor customer service and we will definitely not ever...

Was out and wanted Arby's and this was the closest one to where I was. Hadn't been there before and was the only car there so I got my food fast. The fries were only warm so I guess they had been sitting a while and weren't really fresh but they were ok. The food was good. Got a fish and beef and cheddar. The fish was so so. I have come to this Arby’s three times and it’s been a miss every time. The food quality is nothing like the commercials. Cold, hard, burned every time. Tried the chicken wrap, the tortilla shell cracked it was so hard. Like it had been sitting out all day. Chicken inside was cold and just as hard. There was broken cold crumbled pieces of cheese inside. Total waste of money and time. Don’t waste it either of yours. This Arby’s does not have the meats. Only...
