Gong Cha — Restaurant in Chino Hills

So the only reason why I came here was because of my amazing experience in Taiwan. When I heard that they opened in the US I was quite eager to try it but never had a chance to. I was not able to try the Rowland Heights location, but after this experience I don’t think I will be doing that. When I went the staff seemed friendly, but I was confused after I asked if they had Oolong, they said they did but it wasn’t on the menu. When they rang me up it said earl grey.

I tried to order a Oolong Milk tea with fresh milk, and I would say the drink was just average. There are definitely other choices in the area that I believe taste a lot better. On top of that the drinks are quite expensive. About $18 with three drinks ordered, two average size and one large..

Maybe I shouldn’t have ordered that drink and something that was actually displayed on the menu.. either or I hope others will have better experience....

I used to come to this place regularly for their delicious marble matcha drink. But today was a different story, The Hispanic lady working was extremely rude when I mentioned both my drinks were very watered down. Her ego wouldn't just let her remake the drinks without her saying nasty remarks. Her reply to losing a customer was quote, "Even Better" which I thought was extremely unprofessional and racist. This is my favorite Boba place in Chino Hills. Their selection of drinks is unique, and all of them are delicious. The place is always kept clean and the staff is friendly. They have limited edition drinks for each season that I always like to try with a variety of toppings to choose from. I haven't tried their food/snack menu but plan to next time. Their drinks...
