Normally the best fast food burger joint in town, the Chino Hills store is failing in preparation and processing their orders correctly. Although some employees demonstrate the integrity and quality of good customer service, others have demonstrated a lack of knowledge about their memo and products along with apathetic attitudes.
We are frequent s customers. (2-3+ times weekly) and our past four orders have been incomplete (items missing) or with poor food quality or prep. Consistency and carelessness appear to be the main problem. One day better prep and no order errors, but another day missing or cold items. Hello... is there ice cream in the shakes? Where’s the CHEESE.for my CHEESE CHARBURGER.? Aren’t the salads suppose to have dressing? Help! My bun is soggy from the excessive mayo and dripping all over my hands!
When dining in, mistakes can easily be corrected, but with extra time. Takeout and delivery don’t have this option. The waiting / pickup area is too small to accommodate checking every item in the order.
I realize that Covid has brought a conglomeration of difficult circumstances and attitudes. I’ve been contacted by the corporate office and assured that follow up is forthcoming. Hopefully, the once great customer service, food quality, and value will return and I can amend my rating to more stars.

Today it was exceptionally busy, 6:30 pm Friday. At least 10 or more in line to order my entire visit.
As I walked out the door to leave, the order line was throughout the Resturant, almost flowing onto the patio. People standing all along the seating/eatting area on both sides. One side ordering, other aisle was filled with ppl waiting with pagers for their food, like me.
I don't know about you, but I dont like eatting in a boorh or table with waiting people's butts in my face [ppl in line], or having them watch me eat as they wait to order. Anyway, there wasn't a seat in the place, so I couldnt, if I wanted to, dine in anyway (which I always do).
Rating FOOD, it is always fabulous & 5*. I marked off a star today because I had to take my order to go, as I mentioned THERE WAS NO WHERE TO SIT in the entire building, inside or out.
THE DRINK MACHINE WAS OVERFLOWING onto the floor (I let them know). Next station NO CONDIMENT CUPS, then OUT OF PEPPERS. I notified a team member about each item above, I was thanked & items were immediately fixed.

Read moreWe ordered through the Habit app. They 3rd partied us to Door Dash. App randomly started cycling through drivers and my delivery time started getting pushed further and further back. I call them and their after hours support team tells me that usually when that happens that means one of the drivers took off with the food and didn’t mark it. Basically telling me I’m out of luck. I demanded to speak with her manager and the manager said they would fill a request for a refund but they couldn’t guarantee a return. Today is the 5th business day and there is not a single reply from Habit and I have yet to receive my refund. Since when did ordering food become a gamble. You’re not guaranteed your food or a refund. Also, the after hours support team MANAGER said she couldn’t provide me with a number to reach corporate. Horrible job guys. You’re too big to handle your business like this.
Replying to owners response: we did that the first day and it’s been weeks with no response, even after 3 follow up emails. No reply, no response for an order that shows CANCELLED on your own app. You guys literally at this point...
