This was my second time visiting this restaurant, and I was extremely disappointed. I will never come back again, nor will I recommend this place to anyone.
First of all, there was only one person at the front — I’m not sure if she’s the owner or just a staff member, but she claimed to be the owner. She got my order wrong at the beginning — I ordered a large bowl of rice noodles, but she brought me a medium one. I simply pointed out the mistake, and she took it back to fix it, which was fine. However, what was uncomfortable and strange was that someone from the kitchen came out and stared at me, as if I had done something wrong.
Then, while we were still eating and hadn’t finished our meal, she came over with the card reader asking us to pay the bill. I told her clearly multiple times that I wasn’t done yet. She finally left, unwillingly. Later, when I was actually finished and raised my hand to ask for the check, she pretended not to see me. Fine — I got up, asked for a takeout box, packed my own food, and went to the counter to pay.
I chose not to leave a tip, because frankly, the service was terrible and I didn’t feel respected as a customer. Why should I leave a tip for someone who made my dining experience so unpleasant?
Then, to top it all off, she followed me outside and told me not to come back, repeating again that she’s the owner. Well — whether she truly is or not, I won’t be coming back anyway, and I’ll make sure none of my family or friends do either.
Dining out should be a pleasant experience — it shouldn’t feel like I have to deal with someone’s bad attitude just to...

I came with my husband for lunch. The restaurant wasn’t busy, and there was only one woman working at the front — she said she was the owner. There was already a mistake with our order from the start — my husband ordered a large bowl of rice noodles, but they brought a medium instead. We politely pointed it out, and she took it back to fix it. However, someone from the kitchen actually came out and stared at us, which made us feel very uncomfortable, as if we had done something wrong.
While we were still eating, the same lady came over with the card reader and asked us to pay, even though we hadn’t finished. My husband had to tell her several times that we weren’t done yet, and she finally walked away, clearly unhappy. When we were finally finished and tried to signal her for the check, she just ignored us. So I had to go get a takeout box myself, pack the food, and pay at the counter.
We didn’t leave a tip. The service was unfriendly, and we didn’t feel respected at all during our visit. What was even more shocking was that she followed us outside and told us not to come back, repeating again that she was the owner. Whether or not she really is, I can confidently say we will never return, and we’ll definitely not recommend this place to anyone.
Dining out is supposed to be a pleasant experience. We shouldn’t have to feel rushed, ignored, or treated rudely. Very...
Read moreMost of the items were terrible, with only two being good, and they were often wrong. We ordered noodles, but were served rice noodles. We told them we were wrong. They said that was the correct order, so we just had to make do with it. It turned out to be awful. We were starving, so the five of us each finished an entire plate in one bite. The second plate, number 56, was wrong again. I told them I'd just ordered it a few days before, and it wasn't like that. Noodles all over the world are long, thin noodles, and yours were just shriveled pancakes. They refused to acknowledge their mistake and refused to refund us. We ended up making a new number 56. This was my first time in the US without paying for something. Absolutely...
