I’ve been coming here for at least 6 years, and I’m not usually someone who writes reviews. But I felt it was time to speak up. Every Sunday morning, I stop by for breakfast. The food is always great, no issues, and consistently ready to go. I truly appreciate that part.
However, the customer service experience has been disappointing. I usually encounter the same staff member, Jennifer F. and unfortunately, she often seems to be in a bad mood. Asking for something simple like a receipt, napkins, or utensils seems to irritate her, and I’ve experienced eye rolls or rude looks on more than one occasion.
On Sunday, 04/06/2025, I politely brought it to her attention, and her response was immediate defensiveness and attitude. I completely understand that we all have rough days, and personal issues can affect us but when you're at work, professionalism matters. I wasn’t rude or raising my voice, and I even thanked her, but the response I got left a bad taste.
This isn't about one bad moment, it’s about a pattern. As a loyal customer, I hope this feedback is taken constructively. The food keeps me coming back, but the service experience could really use...

Having their lives in jeopardy the need of working and the owner of this franchise don’t care or probably don’t want to invest in a better ceiling. ( the ceiling tiles are falling down do to water leaks coming from the roof) i just heard the employees mention it’s been like this ever since the remodeling. another employee i heard saying “ the kitchen it’s worse than the lobby “ SHAME ON JACK IN THE BOX AND THE FRANCHISE OWNER to allow this to happen. so INHUMANE…..This is the reality we evolve to PROFIT it’s more VALUABLE than a HUMAN LIFE.

Read moreThere was a young man who went out of his way to make sure the bathroom room was clean for my little girl to use it comfortably I didn't get his name but he was the only one that went out of his way to make the bathroom customer satisfaction.. the woman that I asked first looked at me like I was crazy when I told her the restroom was dirty .. when the young man heard he jumped up and got it token care of it was 9/7/2024 at around 6 or 7pm .....
