OK today Thursday 2019 It will be the last time I come to thus Starbucks Not happy with the Rudeness... I've tried giving a chance because of how the lady with marks on her face has been pleasent however today I my order was charge more than usual and the steam coconut was not steam like usual.. I always open my container to put Splenda and always see the white snow of the coconut steam that's how you know it has been steam correctly but this the third time I open my venti cup and the same girl never does it right... I go to allot of Starbucks but never had this kind of an issue so today I throw the towel on this place. Good luck with other customers... AND FOR ALL THE CUSTOMERS CHECK YOUR CUOS AND MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS AS YOU ORDER... GOOD LUCK GUYS.... NEVER COMING BACK
OK I guess it depends who is serving and who is the cashier.... Today was a very desapointing experience here.. No hello as soon as you go in... The cashier was in her own world ( no customer service) it seem that her concentration was talking to her guy Freind and the girl their... I don't like when employees don't even look at the client when speaking to them. It also happen to the lady after me she even look at me because the cashier just charge her and walk away.. I know they could be busy but it's ridiculous when you get treated as second important. Every customer should be treated 100% if you can't do it, the. Quit, this Job requires 100% customer service, can't wait to see the other group tomorrow cause the other group seem to have way much better customer service.. Read moreHonestly I've only been here twice and 2 times is enough. They have no orientation of how to run this store, everyone's everywhere doing anything. I ordered a drink and a sandwich at 10:12 AM. To which there was one person in there that had already ordered before me and left right after I finished ordering. My drink was ready in 2 minutes. The remainder of the time I spent waiting for my sandwich. To then 4 more customers came in and ordered. Then those customers for their sandwiches first before me. I stepped up to the pick up window at 10:23 AM thinking it was mine because I was the first to order out of the rest of the people there. The girl then told me neither one of the sandwiches were mine even though it was the same EXACT sandwich I had ordered 10 min ago. She then says she will check on it and goes to the back part of the area where I can't see her and bring my sandwich out from there AND it was already cold too. I left at 10:25 AM. I was challenge with this simple task via the phone and app. Am a "BabyBoomer" "Vinnie" greeted me with a kind smile and welcoming tone of voice. He assisted me with my balance transfer and gave me the 411 on using my card balance and future $$ transfers. I ordered my SB favorite drink a Caramel Crunch Frappuccino w/ Almond milk to my great surprise Vinnie "Blessed me" w/a FREE drink as a courtesy this made my day :) The other local store have long drive thru lines and no personal touch due to the virus. I frequent the Walnut store for it's friendly customer service with a contact free yet they are welcoming, friendly and kind. Our world not only need LOVE but a little kindness goes along way these days w/the stress of life journey.
