Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in Chowchilla

I brought my family when they first opened... The pizza was delicious but pricey! I saw they had a lunch buffet and i thought what better way to try their different specialty pizzas... I invited a friend to lunch about a week or two later... She'd yet to visit so i was excited! Unfortunately the experience was far less than enjoyable. I started with the salad bar, which looked so inviting in that first week! Today, (Friday, February 4th), it was positively the nastiest salad bar I've ever seen! The beets were brown, not purple; the lettuce was shredded iceburg; the cucumbers were see through and slimy; the potato salad was 2/3 gone and all salads had tongs instead of spoons making it very difficult to serve myself... I gave up... BUT the icing on the cake was when i bit into the grape tomato i had put on my plate, it was disgustingly rotten!!! I had to spit it out! I gave up on the salad and decided to try the pizza... Except when i approached the counter there was NO PIZZA!!! Seriously. 3 slices of cheese bread but no pizza. What a joke!!! I didnt get to try any new pizzas. I barely got a slice of pepperoni and a slice of combo... Save your money. If Chowchilla mountain Mikes doesn't get it together quick they'll be out of business just as quick as they sprung up! Worst pizza buffet experience...

I called on Feb 12, 2025 to place an order. The person who answer begin taking my order, when he asked my if I want red sauce or not sure exactly what he said and I asked him to repeat the question, he replied to me quote " do you speak English" I felt so upset about his question, I went down to the restaurant wishing I could speak to a manager but there he was the person who asked me "do you speak English" I approach him and ask why you ask me the question? why don't you just explain to me with different words when I didn't understand you?
