Hard not to feel ofended!! Ordered a pick up order, as a guest for the 1st time. Got a call on route to collect but bad reception. On arrival, I was informed they did not have any wraps or cookies. Wasnât in the mood for a sub so chose to cancel the order. Then had to wait in queue to request the refund to be told to do it through the app, after. After explaining I do not have the app and I need the store to void the transaction as they did not have any item of my order, he told me he could not as did not have a code, permitting him to void the transaction. After telling him to bring the manager he retuned with her on speaker phone and the code to void. She stated did he not have want the wrap either!! I would have but I was told you had no wraps, I asked the sandwich maker if he did or didnât have wraps, he told me she knows we donât have any. I think the line of customers were annoyed with me for the hold up until this revelation.

   Read moreBad vibe. Gentleman who was working had a very curt and short demeanor. It was mildly busy, nothing crazy. As someone who has opened, pre-closed, and closed at subway, as well as been a district manager for one back in subway, I am generally very forgiving and understanding. I had to repeat the sauces I got 3 times, and he still misheard me. I asked for vinaigrette and got red wine vinegar. Still, I didn't say anything and just planned on grinning and bearing it. He got an attitude when my boyfriend went to order his sandwich, though, if I were in his shoes, I would at least double check that both people in the group were getting food. Still. We didn't complain. We were kind and polite and just...chilling. We just wanted our dinner. Cut to when we go to get rang up. There are two groups behind us. A mom and her sob. A father and his daughter. For some reason, he starts impatiently handling our food. I wouldn't say through. But it that's the idea. The sandwiches looked well made. He was slow.    Read moreThis was an all-time low for a Subway visit. When I ordered a Philly, he said they were out of steak. After a few seconds, he said that he did have one he just made for another guy that couldn't pay. He said it was still hot if I wanted it. I said okay and took it. Then I was gonna take 2 cookies, but half of the flavors were out, including my favorite. So, I went for chips. After we ordered, he said "oh, are we out of cups?" They were all empty. He did let us go ahead and take a bottle instead.
When we opened our sandwiches, they were insanely small! The toppings were also super sparse. My bread ended up tasting far tougher than a just made sandwich, but I just went with it.
The guys working was nice, but what a disaster of inventory and poor quality/quantity. In other words, just a ghetto Subway....
