Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Chula Vista

What a horrible experience tonight. Ordered 2 small pizzas and wings at 630pm. An hour later, the online tracker said Delivered! But no pizza! Called them and was told the driver left the store without our order, they were sooo sorry, they'd remake the order and we could expect it within 25 minutes. Fast forward another hour, we see that our tracking info has said quality check for over 15 minutes. Called them again, spoke to Julio, and we were basically told tough sh@t, how about a refund and a coupon, sorry we've been having staffing problems tonight. A very angry conversation followed about their abysmal customer service, and we ended up hanging up extremely dissatisfied and disrespected. Literally 12 minutes later our food was delivered, ice cold, no sauce on the wings. It felt very petty of them at that point, and I would be very surprised if the store honors our refund. ORDERED IN STORE YESTERDAY AND WAS TRYING TO ENTER MY ORDER TO EARN REWARDS AND KEPT GETTING AN ERROR, CALLED AND SPOKE WITH THE "MANAGER" AND SHE SAID THERE WAS NO ORDER UNDER MY NUMBER BUT I HAVE THE RECEIPT AND GAVE THE ORDER TAKER MY PHONE NUMBER, WOULDN'T ASSIST ME WHEN THEIR REWARDS IS SOOOO DUMB, EVEN IF YOU ORDER $100 YOU STILL ONLY EARN 10 POINTS, YOU ORDER $20 YOU STILL GET 10 POINTS... Worst Domino’s Franchise along with managers employed there Andrea and Ana. I ordered a pizza, phily cheese steak and breadsticks and never received my order. Spoke with the night manager Ana and she told me she would take care of my order to wait for it to arrive. Mind you I work evening shift so I called and placed it around 10:00pm. Waited until 1:30am and It never did. When the store finally closed I called in the morning since I prefer to just be very passive and let things go I simply asked for a refund. Both managers failed to call me back since it was the night manager who never brought my order and it was never resolved.
