Grater Grilled Cheese — Restaurant in Chula Vista

We have been so excited for this place to open in our neighborhood only to be met with such disappointment. "Gourmet" grilled cheese is an adjective i would not use to describe these lackluster sandwiches. I ordered a Pesto Chicken grilled cheese...which lacked the main ingredient in its name.. PESTO.. it was basically all mayo with the smallest hint of pesto, the chicken breast is too thick for a sandwich ratio and tough to chew. dont get me started on the crisp missing from the bread on a grilled cheese. My BF bought the lobster grilled cheese and for the price he was expecting so much more. also ordered the country mac and cheese which has no flavor or seasoning not to mention CHEESE.

For the price and bad tasting food i would not recommend. Honestly Starbucks grilled cheese is 10x...

I ordered the Loaded Lobster Fries off the menu among other dishes for my family. We got our order and thought it was dry because there was no aioli on it. The menu description says it comes with a chipotle aioli and when I inquired about it I was very rudely told I didn't ask for it and refused to hear my explication about it and felt really stupid. My daughter got the tomato basil soup and basic grilled cheese, both were ok, soup was nothing special, and sandwich was grilled on one side. My son got the Buffalo Mac n cheese and liked it, but eats MRE's regularly in the Army and his favorite one is chili mac, so not sure how to gauge that. The service was definitely abysmal and was a negative experience while visiting San Diego. I wish we would have picked a different...

We ordered about 12 meals for delivery for a meeting. We order take out regularly. I won't be ordering here for a little bit. The first time we ordered the packages were labeled with what's inside each box. As with Most places we order from for 12+ people. Not looking for anything fancy, abbreviations, specials number, subway puts the number of how it's organized in the receipt. This time, we had to open each box, and separate the sandwich to scrutinize each one to figure out who each one went to. It was time consuming and frustrating.
