This review is for the employee named America who answered my call. I ordered a family meal for six from Luna Grill’s website, which included roasted garlic chicken, Koobideh Kabob, and other items. My order was delivered by DoorDash, and the bag was sealed upon arrival. However, when I opened it, the three Koobideh Kabobs were missing.
I immediately called the restaurant, and America answered. As I began explaining the situation, she quickly dismissed my concern, insisting that the issue was with the delivery driver. I mentioned that the bag was sealed when I received it, but she repeated that she couldn’t help me and that I needed to contact DoorDash. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at this location.

After my initial complaint, I reached out to Luna Grill’s guest relations department, and I was impressed with how quickly they handled the situation. They were responsive, understanding, and resolved my issue promptly. I appreciate their effort in making things right, and it shows their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Read moreMy sister and I went in first thing this morning to the Millenia 57 store in the Eastlake area of Chula Vista California. We have been to other Luna Grill‘s in the past and we’re less than impressed but we thought we’d take a chance and oh my God where we astonished at the friendliness, the cleanliness and the terrific food that we received! Danny was one of the managers along with Jonathan and they both made sure that my sister and I felt like we were VIPs in their restaurant. We had specific requests for our salads and they went above and beyond to accommodate us and give us suggestions on possibly how they could help us. Not only that but Danny brought over some samples of some other food that we might like in the future and that was just the cherry on top. Seriously I’ve never been in a restaurant where I’ve been treated like family with the kindness that Danny showed us as well as Jonathan. The food was so excellent that it surpassed our every expectation. The meal gives me fuel, is tasty, prepared fresh, and I return to work awake rather than a sleepy head. Plus, I like leaving the work environment and purchasing my meal. I know, I can make this cheaper at home, but once you have a ritual, it's a ritual. Plus, if you're like me and order the same lunch each day, the employees remember your nuances and puts the little extras in your bag. What I dislike the most is that a small coke is 3 freakin' bucks. And we all know the coke syrup is pennies on the dollar and unhealthy. At least 90% of coke is water. But it is the best fountain coke, period. Luna Grill has the second best coke to Circle K. Anyway, I eat here at least 3x's a week.
