Our experience tonight was quite a bummer. Placed an order online (giant cheesesteak with extra cheese) and paid with a gift card. Pickup time was 6:13 and my husband arrived at 6:15, at which point he was informed that they were out of bread. They said it would be another five minutes, but he didn't get out of there until 6:35. Now, we get it - things happen and they were obviously busy. But this was particularly irritating because my husband had called just a few minutes before the pickup time to confirm that he ordered extra cheese. They confirmed that he did, but didn't think to mention that they were running 20 minutes behind on their online orders? That would have been a nice detail to share, especially because you'd think they would want to avoid making customers wait in their shop for so long during a pandemic if they could avoid it. The cherry on top? When we unwrapped the sandwich at home, there was a black hair tucked in with it. It was on the shorter side, so we assume it belonged to a dark haired man. Perhaps hairnets are in order? Overall, the experience was a major bummer - a waste of twenty bucks, and twenty minutes of my husband's time since we couldn't even stomach the thought of eating the sandwich after...
Read moreI visited your store on September 22, 2019 at approximately 5:30pm. I specifically requested "gluten free" bread as I have a sever allergy to gluten and have had positive experiences eating at Jersey Mike's in the past. The representative seemed less than thrilled so I made sure to request "gluten free" again and he replied "yeah". I paid for my sandwich, got home, took a bite to realize it was NOT gluten free. I immediately returned to your store only to have to wait, and receive nothing more than a "sorry sir...my bad", and a refund. Jersey Mike's had better be counting their lucking stars that I don't end up in the hospital tonight. I now sit at home feeling sick and unable to eat.
I seriously want a call explaining to me why my allergy and health are so easily dismissed. I will not be returning to Jersey Mike's and you can bet I will be finding every means I can to share my experience via every public and social media...
Read moreThe reason you are seeing so many great reviews is because this location USED to be top-notch. Now all the talent's gone. For the next 3 months, avoid this location while the new crew hopefully learns from screwing up every app order I've made in the last 3 weeks: missing ingredients, including ingredients I asked to be removed, warm soda, missing chips, food not ready despite ordering it 30 minutes prior to arriving. Several times they've even left the sandwich uncut, which is something I never imagined a sandwich maker could forget. It's been a constant disappointment recently. Like I said, lay off this place for a few months. If it still sucks, then maybe we're stuck with a new owner of this location who doesn't uphold the original Jersey...
