Office Depot — Local services in Chula Vista

Went to the National City, CA Office Depot Store looking for an office/desk chair for our grandson. He found the chair he wanted, but this store did not have the color he wanted. Lloyd, who we were working with at the National City Office Depot Store found the color chair our grandson wanted at the Chula Vista Store and called Mark at the store who held the chair for us. Lloyd, at our request, also asked Mark if he would price match the chair for us which Mark did. We then went to the Chula Vista Office Depot to purchase and pickup the chair we were looking for. Mark was standing by and helped us with the purchase. I cannot speak highly enough of the beyond excellent service these two gentlemen provided, something that is often lacking in today's retail/business world. I will be taking my future business to these two stores as well as recommending them to all of my friends...

Happened to be looking for a laptop ... Went to Walmart, then to Best Buy👎🏼 For sure thumbs down and everything was overpriced or lacking features And it’s not like I was looking for a gaming computer ... I almost gave up😕 I needed to go to TARGET! And then I saw OfficeDepot/OfficeMax ... Walked in was greeted by an employee named Victor ... Long story short ... he exceeded my expectations ... he was very helpful to the point that I walked out of that store with a brand new laptop with everything I wanted and the best part the perfect price ... I don’t think you need to go to a BIG electronic stores ... This store was just perfect ... I was surprise to find out that all of our dental offices use OfficeMax for our office supplies ......

Terrible and RUDE customer service from the older man working in the printing department. I went in to inquire about printing a sign for my sisters baby shower. After waiting in line for 10 min, the older man asked what I needed as if it bothered him that I was patiently waiting. I told him I wanted to print a sign.. he tried getting me to do it online and I told him I had questions and he rolled his eyes and sighed loud enough for me to hear and just then, indicated to me to check in. The check in wait was another 20 min. So ridiculous. I was told by 2 other people to not go to Office Depot for printing due to their horrible service and I should have listened… it’s worth the trip to staples in Kearny Mesa. Much friendly and...
