I usually looveee this location specifically which is why i always go here! However that will be changing. I went tonight at 10pm and it says they close at 10:30. As soon as i pulled into the drive through no one said anything so i waited patiently. While i was waiting i saw an employee look out the window clearly see me!! and instead of communicating to me “we’re closed or we closed early “ literally anything they decided to dim the lights and then turn them off completely. I would have understood if they closed early, but the fact that they turned off the lights and turned them back on as soon as i drove away instead of communicating with a customer was really unprofessional and i expected so much better from a company like starbucks. On top of that i called to see if they were open and the “manager” said yes we close drive through until 10:30 and i explained to her what happened and she basically said i was lying. She said “i’ve been here and that didn’t happen” here is a picture for proof that they turned off the lights before 10:30 and started turning them back on as soon as i started driving away. Tried to call twice to speak to a manger prior to posting this and no answer.
Some lady answers in the drive-thru and I order a venti shaken espresso with an add shot in a venti cup. She states she cannot do that because it’s not in the system but can still do the add shot. I say to keep it venti and no add shot. I get to the window (she has glasses) and tell her every other Starbucks does it and is this something new since you guys just opened. She says no one is supposed to do it cause they have to account for cups and I say that’s weird cause even managers have done it and this is the first time someone is saying no. She gets change but I notice it’s not from her register so I ask for a receipt and that is the only time she goes onto her screen and presses some buttons and prints me a receipt. Seems really fishy so I didn’t even tip as I normally will tip the .25 plus add $1.

I normally order caramel Frappuccinos to enjoy with my family after days of hard work. However, they are always missing something or don’t taste how they should. Sometimes they don’t have enough coffee or sweetness. Sometimes they have a lot of sweetness. Sometimes they’re all watered down. Sometimes they take long even if there’s no line.
Yesterday I ordered 4 caramel Frappuccinos and a mango dragonfruit lemonade. The Frappuccino’s were horrible they tasted like water or even worse, they just went to waste. The mango dragonfruit was ok. But If we go back to get them remade we’ll be called Karen’s and the drinks will be made unwillingly. Who knows maybe they’ll do something to them.
It sucks that baristas aren’t considerate about us the customers. We work a lot to get ourselves treats like these but instead our money goes in the trash because the drinks...
