I am a travel nurse and have been to their restaurants all over the country. This is the only Chick-fil-a I have ever been to where they leave items off your order and forget to give you straws, spoons, or forks…consistently. They ask what condiments you want and then don’t provide them. All human error. Grace can be given for that.
However, today, I went through the drive thru then decided to pull around and dine in because I realized I had time. Well the team leader, Hannah, refused to refill my lemonade ….even with my receipt in hand! I sat in the dining area waiting pleasantly for over ten minutes…. Giving her time to make it right….Still didn’t come check if I needed anything else…. Nothing! Then as I was walking out she sniped from the counter “Do you need anything else ma am” I said “Well I needed a refill but you told me I couldn’t have one.” She said, “ I know. But did you need anything else.” With my phone in hand “Nope, just utilizing your wifi to write a review of my visit”
She didnt care one iota. Lol. It’s laughable.
Where is the CUSTOMER service? I worked fastfood for years before becoming a nurse. It prepped me with the customer service skills needed to care for sick patients as I have the past 19 years. Read moreTerrible second time. Left such a sour taste in my mouth. I was one of the first 100 people here and was lucky enough to get a gift card for free entrees. I always forget to use it and pay with my own money. I went through the drive thru and when I get home I realize I was missing the egg in my sandwich?? Luckily I live close so I Drive all the way back and the girl at the register was super sweet and brought this to the attention of the kitchen. I hear them call out my remake but 10 minutes later I go up to someone that looks like a manager. Bald headed guy. Looks at me like I shouldn’t be there and asks other people if I’ve been helped. This man makes eye contact with me but doesn’t acknowledge me? What a joke. I see the nice girl again and she replies to them that I’m the customer with the remake. They point out a bag that has my order in it. Did they expect it to deliver itself??? No one ever called for someone to run it out. What a mess. Sandwich; definitely not the talk of the town lacked flavor Fries was the best part The coffee; ehhhh I feel like it's store bought at Walmart and poured into a cup
Overall if I go back would be for the fries , maybe I'll try something else but more and likely all there chicken is cooked from the same basket so same flavor
Wait wasn't too long and the lines went pretty quickly I'm not looking for a handout just wanted to share my first time response Incase other ppl haven't been but might want to try it .
