MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Cibolo

Big fan of MOD Pizza and normally I'd leave a 5 star review, HOWEVER there is one regular employee there who has consistently been EXTREMELY rude to me. (For those who know, yes it is in fact that blonde employee with the necklaces and the bandana) One time, I asked for one of those mini cups of dressing for my pizza, which are in fact advertised as an option heavily throughout the restaurant, and she sighed deeply and rolled her eyes. It threw me off and made me upset/uncomfortable but I shrugged it off as it just being someone who had a bad day. A month or so later, about 2 hours before closing (very quiet at the time in store), she was the only one in the front and started making my pizza. When she spooned the sauce on, a singular giant piece of shredded cheese (about 1.5-2 inches long) was sticking out of the sauce. I asked her if she could remove it, so she spread around the sauce, folded up the pizza, threw it in the trash, and told me "you should have said something before I started making the pizza". That's not "bad day" attitude, that's pure personality. Absolutely ruined my appetite and desire to go back there in person. I'll be solely ordering from the app from now on unless that employee gets let go.

They still got good food though, so if that employee isn't there when you stop by I highly recommend! Everyone else is very friendly...

Went here for the 1st time and let me tell you TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! It took them 15min to greet us and start to take our order. And there 12 employees work but only one was doing the work. It was like a zoo in there they were yelling singing ignoring customers just in their own world. They didn't even put toppings on our pizza. What really got to me was they made a big deal about not having cauliflower crust because they didn't want to go in the back and get it. That show laziness. The other thing that made this visit was the had a CHILD behind the counter making pizza and putting pizza in the oven and when I mean child this kids had to of been 8 years old. Unsanitary and super unsafe for that child. The "manager" on site did nothing about any of this. We will not being coming back to this...

It’s a normal Mod pizza. The employees are really nice at this location and I’ve never had an issue with my order. However, there have been these SUPER aggressive solicitors outside of the building lately. The first couple of dudes were nice, but the newer group is EXTREMELY pushy and argumentative. I have no clue how to handle them and I’ve found myself avoiding this strip mall lately after one ARGUED with me when I stated I had donated the day before (which I had). I shouldn’t be arguing or pressured to spend even more money EVERY TIME I come here. Like I said, the first few during the summer were courteous, but they’ve gotten more...
