I had to work the day before Christmas Eve but at least my mother’s Christmas present was delivered. I stopped inside of Chely’s and bought a slice of pizza after work on the way to my car, but I accidentally forgot my mom’s present on the counter. I figured out my mistake the same night when I went to go wrap the present, but Chely’s had already closed for the night. Chely’s, like most businesses, was closed for Christmas Eve and Christmas - Fine.
But I call Chely’s when they open at 11:00am the day after Christmas and the employee that answers the phone tells me he doesn’t speak English well when I start asking about the box/present I forgot there the day before Christmas.
So I go into Chely’s and the manager working the register says that an employee found my mother’s present, but moved it from the counter to an open table because “they didn’t know what the box was” and they don’t know happened to it.

However, the pizza itself didn’t meet my expectations. I ordered a half cheese, half sausage pizza, and while the ingredients were fresh, the overall flavor was lacking. The dough was far too chewy, which made it difficult to enjoy, and both the cheese and sausage were underwhelming in terms of taste. It seemed like the pizza could benefit from more seasoning or a better balance of flavors.
While the service was top-notch, the pizza quality needs improvement. There’s potential here, but I’d love to see more attention paid to the food to match the great customer service."

Read moreI have known the owners for over 10 years and it has honestly always been a great service, they had always accommodated your order and lately they have been over pricing me, burning my pizza, and not to mention the way the new workers answer the phone. They are rude and always make you repeat what you say more than three times. My point is that if you are providing a service don’t treat people bad just because you have known them a long time. Don’t push them to the longer wait periods, keep the orders how they come in. Don’t just sent a burnt pizza with a note and than forget the “discount” for the inconvenience. It sadness me to write this bad review because the pizza is okay! and I get it, just because is the only place that makes it with chorizo and salchicha (Mexican sausage and hotdog), I will try to take my business elsewhere sorry to inconvenience your Establishment with...
