Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Cicero

I was on my lunch break one day and I didn’t want a whole pizza to myself so the girl behind the counter said I could get the cheese sticks and add sauce and pepperoni and it’s be like a personal pizza for the same price, I didn’t mind that I was paying the same price because I wasn’t going to eat a whole pizza by myself anyways but after waiting 10 minutes they didn’t put the sauce or the pepperoni on it. I didn’t have the time to wait for another one since they got it wrong and I was on my break so I just asked for a cup of the sauce they give on the side and just ate it like that. I went back a few days later and ordered the same exact thing and this time I waited the 10 minutes again and they put pepperoni, but again no sauce. I was admittedly a little frustrated because it was the 2nd time in a row it happened. They said if I wanted to wait another 8-10 minutes and I told them I couldn’t because I was on my lunch so I asked if I could just get a drink for the inconvenience, she’s said no because the workers weren’t used to my type of order and it wasn’t busy so it wasn’t their fault that they messed it up. Idk how hard it is to put some sauce and pepperoni on some cheese bread, but apparently for them It’s astrophysics. It’s really not that hard to do, step up your game...

There is about 30-40 people standing piled inside of the restaurant to pick up their food. I ordered online and waited outside in my car until 30 mins passed when i got out I waited an additional 10 mins to ask how much longer the lady said 5 minutes for my order so I decided to stand and wait I asked if anyone is calling the orders out because no lie there are piles of pizza on the counter the costumers inside said no one has uttered a word about the orders after 5 mins I asked again I wasn't trying to be annoying just really wanted to leave the packed restaurant the lady said my order still was not ready so I waited and was looking in my email to which it said my order was ready over 12 mins ago I went back up to the lady to show her the email this is when I got pissed she went over to the stacks of pizza all the way to the bottom and said here it is. Everyone in the restaurant that was waiting immediately started to ask for someone to start calling orders because they witnessed me ask countless times whose calling orders and can we get some of the pizzas called out because it was clearly stacked high in rows all over the tables people where mad because they've also waited thus cooling down the pizza and holding everyone there. Food, service and atmosphere is not deserving of even one star. I visited this location for the first time on my way back home from picking up my guests from the airport on 07/29/25 and it was by far the worst experience. I went into the store there was nobody at the counter. You can hear people talking and laughing in the back, like there was no tomorrow. I received my pizzas which I paid $56 for and took them home. I got home and to my surprise all 5 of my pizzas were burnt. I get on the phone to call and see if I can fix anything, I was put on hold for a very very long time so I decide to hang up and call the next day. It’s 07/30/25 and I call and not surprised at all I am put on hold AGAIN. Therefore, I decide to call corporate to complain on my horrible experience. I am told the district manager would contact me and it’s 08/02/25 and here I am still waiting on someone to contact me. Absolutely disappointed.
