Wont be coming back here again. I purchased a puffco vaporizer pen and after a few months the battery was not lasting as long this is expected with time/use however when I went to buy a battery charger and extra battery from here to swap them out and keep one charging. I ask him if they sell puffco batteries cause I want the same battery.

The guy behind the counter takes the pen and starts trying different batteries on it and hits the button to heat up then says those wont work and they dont sell puffco official batteries. I get home use the charger to charge battery then go to use pen and light comes on but no heat. I go back and tell them it stopped working after this and he proceeds to blame me saying the chamber is clogged and got burnt out cause I dont clean it. I clean it regularly and only reason it had residue is cause it stopped working and they try to sell me another one instead of taking the $20 hit and keeping loyal...

If I could give 0 stars I would!! I went in asked for their cheapest vape, the cashier said we have 5$ vapes & 10$. So I said I’ll take the 10$ vape, he never once explained that he was selling trash/expired vapes! I tried to talk to them but they got hostile saying no they can’t do that they can only give a 5$ discount. “You get what you pay for” is the only thing they could come up with. Then I’m guessing the owner or manager basically was calling me broke like that’s so crazy because I was a regular there!! I left & I told him to keep the vape & he threw it away in the garbage in my face. This is not the first time it happened to someone I have heard previous stories but didn’t believe them because people like you make things up but WOW THEY...
