McDonald's — Restaurant in Cicero

I came to this McDonalds about a month ago and ended up waiting twenty three minutes for my food. By the time I got my food, it was cold and they gave me the wrong order. Although I had a horrible experience, I decided to give them another chance about a week ago. I was by the first window and was asked for my ID. I was confused, since I was paying with a debit card. I asked to speak with a manager and the manager quickly came to the window. As soon as she stuck her head out the window, she told me I would not get my food unless I showed and ID. She started ranting that the store owner was losing money because of all the fraud going around in the neighborhood. To sum it all up, I ended up paying cash because I was unwilling to present my ID. I have never been asked for my ID at any McDonalds, and I know I don’t have to present my ID if I am paying with a debit card. This upset me for three reasons. First, this McDonalds is already too slow. Nowadays, everyone pays with their debit card or credit card, which would mean that they would slow down the service even more. Secondly, the way the manager behaved herself was uncalled for. It is not too difficult to identify someone who is condescending, and that was how she was behaving. Lastly, this establishment is being discriminative towards me and my neighborhood.

Morning staff is great. Evening staff, give you poor food and service. They literally don’t care about their job, I don’t understand why they continue to work there. And when I ask for a plain cheeseburger, they give me a regular burger with no cheese. I think any smart person would understand that if I wanted a burger with no cheese I would literally just ask for a plain burger. How do you mess up a cheeseburger. Forgot to mention the fact that they don’t even check mobile orders. So please do not mobile order from this location. As many reviews stated, they have you wait in the pick up parking for a long period, then when you go to drive through to pick it up since they obviously seem busy to do so, they tell you to come to the front, then they proceed to tell you that the order was never placed and refused to serve you, but after convincing you placed an order, they make your order poorly and give attitude. They also don’t take their job seriously, every time I come in they are laughing and playing, I get it, it’s okay to have fun but come one when you constantly do that and have customers waiting, it’s really...

VERY slow service and they get mad or give a w't'f gesture sound and let me tell you why; today I was ordering 2 sausage muffins and 2 apple juices. Simple right ? However, I'm guessing I'm not sure, since I ordered in Spanish, for the 2 sausage muffins, they told me PLEASE HOLD, and I said okay that's fine, after a few seconds, he said hi welcome how can I help you, as me I'm like it's the same voice same guy.
