Made a delivery order and after more than 2 hours of not getting my food I called back and asked if there was an issue or what was the reason as to why I had not received my food yet. I had payed with my card already and I only live 2 blocks away. The lady that answered me was very rude then passed me to another lady who yelled at me and said “oh well I don’t know” like okay? I obviously don’t know either that’s why I’m calling and asking. I got questioned about not giving my address or phone when I actually repeated it 3 times and another time before hanging up to the lady who took my order. I heard them arguing and in the background a lady saying “I didn’t know about a delivery order” and another one saying “no one said there was one” so basically there was no communication within employees and they’re arguing while having me on the phone. They said they didn’t know what to do then proceeded to say “oh well someone delivered somewhere far maybe they’ll get to you later”. I nicely just asked if I could get my money back to order elsewhere since they clearly said they didn’t know what to do and guessed I should just keep waiting and see if the person delivering gets to my order yet they didn’t know if they even made it or the person delivering even had it. The lady then said “ugh okay” when I asked for my money back in my card and said “I didn’t take your order though ok” which I never said she did and in no moment was I ever mean I was actually understanding but she was rude since the beginning and just ended the call with “ok pues bye”. Like wow, thanks for never getting to my food after already charging me, being rude over the phone when I should’ve been the one mad and just hanging up on me without assuring me I’ll get my money or if anything else...

Waitress staff except for about 2 are homophobic!!! I've gone to this restaurant several times just to make sure that I wasn't assuming. Very unprofessional, today I stopped by as I walked in the waitresses were behind the counter and as I walked in the waitress went to hand me a menu, I reached to grab it she says sit down. I say ok? I get a table the waitress comes overhands me the menu I smile and tell her I'd like a burrito and a coke please. This is at 5:08pm. At 5:15pm the bus boy brings the salsa no chips. 5:30pm I get the chips. 5:45pm I still don't have my meal that takes 10 minutes. I had to get up and go to where the waitress were lally gagging and asked I ordered my meal at 5:08pm and the other customers that walked in after me are being served. They replied I'll check. When I sat down I got a cold burrito no apology when I spoke to the manager he didn't care. Poor service all the time, They are very hesitant to come and ask is everything ok like I'm going to bite them or something. They just lost a Loyola customer that referred. I'm very disappointed. When I paid this Tall guy with a mustache asked everything ok? I said why don't you wait 45 minutes for a burrito and eat a cold meal and soggy. He didn't apologize his wife offered a piece of cake I think not. Maybe a free meal for the horrible service Nope! Not them...

Food is decent, but service is mediocre at best. I liked the fact that they made fresh salsa and guacamole right at the table, but the waitress literally shook her tip bucket at us until we tipped her. I had seen the tip jar and planned to tip her, but when she shook her jar at me... that bothered me. I gave her $1 because maybe I will tip you extra at the end of my meal. Yes we were a large group, but the waitress got all our orders wrong, forgot our drinks, and if we asked for anything we had to ask 4 or 5 times. By the time I got to eat my food it was cold and the seasoning was nonexistent. For mexican food this is horrible. What bothered me even more was that they let people come in and sing. Now I appreciate and love live music, but when they were done they ask for payment for playing. I did not ask you to play for me, why do I have to pay you? The establishment should pay them and allow customers to tip them IF THEY WISH. I will never eat here again. They made me feel very uncomfortable and looked at me for myj $$$ and not to gain and keep a customer. Food was not good... save your...
