I recently purchased a Smok RPM5 every bit of 30 days ago. However the vap only worked for two weeks. Furthermore I reached out to the store on numerous occasions just to be told I would have to come in after 5pm-6pm just to arrive and the store owner never to be there. The employee's customer service is horrible and the owner customer service is even worser. They don't warranty the product so please be careful when purchasing items from them. The RPM 5 has a 2000mAh internal battery which went out and can't be changed. They didn't care to offer a replacement or even assistance with reaching out to the manufacturer.
