I come to this Starbucks almost every morning and order the same drink. I’ve never had a problem until now. Went in around 8:20 and order a Vanilla iced chai latte. Whom ever the girl was taking my order made it so complicated. She kept asking if I wanted hazelnut ? Since when does the Chi latte have hazelnut? Maybe it’s new I don’t but I was a bit confused when she asked me if I wanted 6 pumps of hazel? So I went to back to my order history making sure it never carried hazelnut. So at this point, I tell her I just want vanilla. She’s still being patient and asking what I want. When I approach to pay. The drink contained hazelnut. So I told her I didn’t want hazelnut. Then her whole attitude changed and takes the drink back and tells me she’ll just refund me. Ma’am so just because you got the drink wrong I can’t order what I liked? She got mad started to tell her coworker. I showed her a past order so she knows what it contains and then she said “you said you wanted French Vanilla” ma’am I never said that. Anyways she makes my drink hands it to me mad and closes the window. Reason why I’m leaving a bad review is because I’ve had times where the barista makes a mistake on a order but still gives appropriate customer service. It’s really annoying when you go somewhere and you get people like this girl getting mad or having an attitude just because the order was wrong. Read moreNEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION unless you want to be ripped off and waste time waiting for them to remake drinks multiple times I asked for a -Grande Mocha Frappuccino with no whipped cream and light ice. When i got to the window (after paying) employee attempts to hand me the frappuccino with whipped cream so i let then know and they proceeded to remake it. I was handed a drink that looked correct and started to drive off but before i even got out of the parking lot i took a sip and realized it was a caramel frappuccino so i took it inside and asked if i could get even just a small discount and the employee said she would check and when she came back she never told me whether a discount was possible so i asked her if i could have an answer and she just said someone else would help me. Another male employee came up and said dont worry you are getting a free drink. I proceeded to tell him that i already paid in cash at the drive thru so can i get the refund. I was then handed the correct drink and told i could either get a refund or the drink...not both. All i wanted was for Starbucks to make it right since they wasted my time with my kids on Mothers Day. There are plenty of Starbucks locations around and i highly recommend going to any other...
Read moreAround 8:45a on 7/14, I order my latte w OAT MILK, as I always do. When I get my coffee it’s made w almond milk and I can tell immediately!! I go back to the cashier and say I’m sorry but my latte was made w almond milk but I have mine w oat milk. Cashier was very matter of fact stating “YOU SAID ALMOND MILK”. I smile and request it be made w oat milk plz. The asked them to make it again but kept turning her back to me and hitting the button on her headset to talk about me to the other employees w headsets. I could tell by the trainee’s face, the cashier was talking about me. I got my latte and when I took a sip, this time….I could barely taste the espresso! (and the latte comes w 2 shots already) It was so bad, I drove to the next Starbucks on 47th & Cicero. I had to have this store to remake my latte. I explained to manager Sam what happened and she remade my latte and it was perfect . And all she used was the sticker on the side of my coffee cup from the original mock latte purchased at this store. They can’t make your drinks right, but they know how to be rude and talk...
