We walked into the store at 6:35 PM, 25 minutes before closing, to port our service from a competitor. Corina greeted us and started the process. What should have been a simple 20-minute procedure turned into a lengthy ordeal due to our previous carrier's uncooperativeness.

First, we tried to obtain a porting PIN through their app, which was buried deep in the settings under SIM SECURITY. When we attempted to generate the PIN, the app displayed a message saying, "The service is unavailable, call customer support." We called customer support and were on hold for 37 minutes without speaking to anyone.

Throughout this, Corina remained incredibly patient and never shared our frustration with the previous carrier's customer support. Finally, we obtained the code 40 minutes past closing time. Corina quickly finished the process, and Mel, the store manager, was also very kind and helpful.

Corina was absolutely phenomenal. I hope Verizon's network and customer service live up to the standard set by Corina and Mel. Thank you so much for your service, and we apologize once again...

Today I went to get a new charger because my caught fire while charging my phone. Manny , Alex and Marisbel did a great job with their customer service! They got me a brand new charger and made sure my needs were taken care of!!! Shortly after leaving the store I locked my keys in the car while putting my child in. Manny and another young lady who worked in the store (unsure of her name) came outside while it was pouring raining and waited with me until the police and fire department came to open my door!! I really appreciate them because they didn’t have to stand in the rain getting soaked but they did it out the kindness of their hearts!!! They definitely deserve a major raise for that!! My husband had an excellent in-store experience at this location. He had Samsung Galaxy Note 3 that is 9 years old now and needed to get Samsung S23 Ultra 512 GB in green ASAP as his old device was not working. Not only did they have the exact same device and in the colour my husband preferred in stock (which is rare given that Samsung S23's have just been released), but also a wide range of phone cases to choose from. The service was fast, efficient, and very friendly. Well done, ladies! Keep up the good job...
