Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Cincinnati

The workers here are miserable and clearly want you to be as well. Truly some of the most unhelpful and unenthusiastic employees I’ve ever encountered. After receiving my sandwich (in an amount of time than cannot be described as “freaky fast”) I unwrapped it and was immediately greeted by a long black hair on the sub. When I immediately pointed it out to the employee he tried to imply that it was my own hair that I had placed there. Because that’s a totally normal thing that I would do?? Also my hair is short and not black. The guy did end up remaking the sandwich but had a terrible attitude the whole time. It was honestly a shockingly bad experience and left a bad taste in my mouth. Well I’m not one to leave bad reviews but if could give this place less then one star first off place next to it was closed by Order of the county commissioners not off to great start then I happend to stumble across this place at first it seemed aright but soon as I ordered my food I look up and one of the workers are up on the counter useing her street shores on the food preparation surface who thinks it’s good idea to stand where food is being prepared and second off the place was overall dirty tables not being cleaned and dirty windows I can’t say I’ve ever had this bad of experience this place is extremely nasty would not recommend eating a place that has no standards...

Lack of consistency in customer service holds this score down. The food has been good - typical Jimmy Johns subs - great bread, good sandwiches. Where this location can't seem to figure out is customer service - ordered from the store this week - ordered 4 things - pickle, chips, drink and sandwich - only got pickle, sandwich and drink - how hard is it to check the computerized order that is printed out on the bag? Had a previous issue a while back and called the store directly and the manager had no clue and really didn't exhibit the best customer service skills when his team made a mistake. Order at...
