I think the pizza here is top notch but the service is lacking in some areas. The woman I spoke with tonight was extremely friendly and helped with my order, but the hold times are tough to sit through. Hold times are unreasonably long and it has taken over and hour and a half to have a pizza delivered on one occasion. Supposedly there were only 2 employees present around 8 pm on a Saturday, which seems unreasonable for a busy pizza place. I understand that the restaurant may be understaffed due to the pandemic, though I'm certain there is a managerial solution to circumvent this issue. I would order online instead, but the deals aren't the same on the website as the over-the-phone options. For example, tonight they were offering a 2 topping large pizza for $9.99 but it wasn't listed anywhere on their 'hot deals' section. None of the other similar options advertised at the location were offered either, just items I had no interest in. I chose to call instead and was on the phone for 18 minutes. I was tempted to leave a more scathing review, but the individual I spoke with was far too kind. Had a more severe undertaking of similar events not happened once before, I would have counted this as a one-off situation. However, it seems to be a trend I'm not pleased with. I enjoy this location, the employees, and the food but felt it necessary to voice my concerns.

So I ordered here through DoorDash for the first time, after seeing reviews of people getting shorted on pizza slices/sizing I went to cancel my order but it was too late (which is not their problem the missing pizza was) …well low and behold had the same thing happen to me. 😅😂 The pizza and service overall was decent. I honestly feel like this seems to be a smaller business that is doing things all on their own and needs maybe some guidance or change of mind or heart when it comes to being a business and growing. I feel like this restaurant could have a lot of potential if they put in that extra effort and also not short customers (‘cause what are you even doing with those thin slices? Sewing pieces together? Eating them? Using them for an appetizer? Who knows.) The pizza was really cheap though so I wasn’t too mad. I just won’t be going there ever again lol.

Allow me to preface this with I have years and years of pizza experience. I have worked all role in the pizza restaurant. I have gone as far as opening up multiple pizza restaurants in multiple states love pizza I love all different kinds of pizza I had never had Marco’s Pizza until about three months ago, and I probably will never stop now I am truly blown away, that’s all I have to say there’s a pizza for every person we all have different preferences on crust spicing flavoring down to the percentage of pork and beef in your pepperoni. I truly love Marcos AND AS FOR people cutting slices to make your pizza smaller…. Do you think that maybe that person tossed your pizza too big to fit in the box , so it had to be cut down to fit? Most of you won’t because you just don’t know and that’s okay! Educate. I am an absolute fan. Well done Marcos

If I could have given a negative star, I would have. All I wanted was a pizza from Marcos!!!!!! I tried to order an extra large pizza for $9.99 with one extra topping for an additional $2. Seems simple enough right?

I simply asked for double pepperoni on half the pizza. He quoted me about $16.50 with delivery. I asked how much delivery was. He said about $2.50 so I asked him if he was charging me $4 for the second topping. He said yes. I said nevermind I don't want double pepperoni on half the pizza put pepperoni on the whole pizza and then take the pepperoni off of the one side and put it on the other. Should only cost $2 right? Hell no! After going back and forth a couple times the guy asks me to hang on. I'm guessing it was a manager that got on the phone with me and I asked her if we could put pepperoni on the whole pizza and then just move it over to the one side. She went on to explain to me how it would be cheating the system. My question to her was how the hell am I cheating the system if it's the same amount of pepperoni either way? Whether you put it on the whole pizza or all of it on half the pizza. I also told her that I know you can simply look over at your friend and say hey dude, put all the pepperoni on one side. Simple. Nope, they were uninterested in making the pizza the way I would like it while saving me $2.00 damn dollars. I actually said "if you can't fix the pizza that way without charging me an extra $2, I'm not ordering from you". Just before I hung up on her, she was starting to say unfortunately sir. The customer service is incongruent at best. Someone needs to train the manager there and quickly, she's losing money by treating her...

Pizza, subs, hoagies, cheesy bread, calzones etc are all good but not “great”. Service is always very good whether ordering delivery or pick-up. Staff is always friendly and courteous, food is ready or delivered consistently on time you are told on the phone or on the app. Drivers are friendly and will call you if they need help getting into your building or meeting you outside.. (some other places or delivery services will just leave it outside your building or bang on your door w/o care of waking or bothering neighbors). Food is always fresh and made correctly without missing items or ingredients. Website isn’t overly difficult to use despite looking 20 years outdated.. and signing up as a member will net you special coupons and deals as well as rewards points, which typically earns you a $10 voucher after spending $100.. whether you spend $100 on 1 order or 10 orders over 12 months. For me, I still get the points for orders on my online account even when I order over the phone(I assume tied to phone #). The food and service are much better than similarly priced pizza like dominoes, lil c’s, papa johns(some locations are very good). Unless I’m looking to splurge on more expensive, higher quality/more unique pizza like Dewey’s, Ramundo’s, St Francis Apizza, etc I’m always choosing this Marco’s. I also deliver doordash and they always have the orders ready for me, treat me in a courteously and friendly manner, and being a satisfied customer gives me confidence that the doordash customers will be...
