We have gone to this McDonaldâs every week for the past month to order for our family of 4. Every time, when we get to the window, our order is wrong. The first time, my husband got home and realized his meal (1/4) was missing. The next two times, they forgot one of our entrees. And thank God Iâd said âyesâ when they asked if I wanted a receipt at the window, because they like to argue with you and say they already put it in the bag when youâre telling them I they didnât.
This time, they got my order wrong on two sandwiches. On one, I said no cheese. They verbally corrected it at the window when I went to pay, but didnât deduct the price of that cheese. I didnât worry about it, itâs just a few cents. But then at the next window, I realized my cheese was missing on another sandwich. They told me they needed to charge me .60 cents to add cheese on that. Even though I was already paying for cheese I didnât ask for on a different sandwich, which I told her repeatedly.
I donât understand a business model where YOU (the business) get the order wrong and then argue with your customer that THEY pay extra for you to make it right. Iâve been in management for years and I can tell you - no business of mine has ever thrived with that philosophy.

   Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. By far the worst experience I have ever had at any fast food restaurant. I will never visit this location again. I waited in the drive through for over an hour just to be served cold food. They also tried to charge me $20 for my food when what I ordered came down to a little over 8 dollars. After arguing with the girl in the window for a few minutes to explain to her how her math didn't add up she eventually came down to $1 more than what I was supposed to pay. She also tried to argue that they did not offer the deal for the buy 1 get one for $1 when it was clearly posted on the drive through signs. I gave up and paid. A child in 1st grade could have gotten my bill correct. They didn't even give me my receipt so I have no way to formally complain about it either. I have no idea what was going on in there, but someone needs to be fired and replaced. It appeared that they had plenty of staff inside when I looked through their window. If you watch the cameras you will see just how terrible they were doing. My visit was Sunday, October 2nd around 3-4 am. Oh yea their payment systems were down too, so cash only.    Read moreThis place has gone steadily downhill over the last 9-12 months, every sincer there was a change in management. They brought some rachet GM in who sat in the lobby and never lifted a finger. Then they got rid of the only good manager that place had, and she was a literal angel. (I heard some rumors the GM got rid of her for being hinest about how little the GM did. Last i spoke to her she was prepping for an inspection working day to night while i never saw that GM. I work at one of the nearby hospitals so id see her there begore and after my shift most days. She was putting in longer house than medical staff! She was gone shortly after.) Now there's been ANOTHER switch and one of the workers said they made that GM (Debby or Deborah or something like that) into a supervisor. Well that certainly explains why most of this franchises stores suck. They keep promoting managers who couldn't hack it in a store to supervisors (this has happened several times according to workers at a few locations I'm friendly with). I now actively avoid this franchise and warn people to drive away if the window says it's a kilroy's restaurant. There are too many issues and they don't seem to treat their employees very well both managers and regular staff. An absolute disgrace...
