Rally's — Restaurant in Cincinnati

I went to pickup doordash order and your line didn't move but 2 cars in over 30 minutes. When I got out of my car and started to try to follow suit with other people that eventually tried to get out of their car to see what was going on, I walked up to the door to try to go in and a couple of your workers buddies they're locked the door right in front of my face. Me being the minority, I'm not too sure what was going on but I'm going to tell you this, they said there was only one worker there. And whoever was working there the evening of 6/17/24 had two of their buddies hanging out in the front area with them. . So you guys want to deny people service and take forever to help each car and lock the door on people but allow people's buddies to hang out? I'm not sure what's going on at this location but I know for a fact that you guys have nothing enough complaints to know that there's something else going on at that location. Things going on that should not be going on. I'm curious if you guys have cameras so that you guys can see. One of the workers buddies was sitting right outside with his beer drinking while they locked the door in front of me and he's the one who told me I couldn't go inside and then went inside himself. It's like it's a hangout for people late at night that are up to no good and that's the truth! I'm going to tell you this now even if I were to call corporate, if you guys even speak to the GM they will not care and how do I know this? Because there is no way that you guys can allow stuff like this to happen for as long as it has and say that you care. So it sounds like any of the workers there or deep within know what's going on. Corporate needs to do an investigation on this location. There isn't just food ordering going on there. If anything at all, depending on the time of the day, that's not what's happening or it's happening very little! Look at your numbers, see how much money was made each hour late at night knowing that you guys have a parking lot full of people. You guys are constantly having a parking lot full line of cars. That means there's steady but you guys can't get the money because of your workers or worker! Also, I see you guys responding to other people's complaints asking for further information when people are putting all the information here clearly. You say you're sorry and that that shouldn't happen. But you keep allowing it to happen. You are aware that they are turning people away and that they are absolutely so rude and that people are just hanging out drinking alcohol with having their buddies there while not servicing people and locking the doors on them. So please do not respond acting like you care when you know that this location has continuously been doing this. If you get somebody who's really professional in there and will only hire really professional people, then stuff like this would not happen. Why is there so much loitering happening in that parking lot and in front of your doors and inside but customers can't even be helped? And yes I took videos...

I have tried this Rallys several times and have never had a good experience. I wait 7 or 8 months and decide to give it another try and it's always disappointing. Every experience has resulted in a long wait. But the last few experiences including today I end up leaving instead of ordering. Today there was a worker just walking around outside where you order (in the driveway) he wasn't on the phone or smoking. Just weirdly walking where we would drive up he slowly moved as we pulled in. The biggest issue is they never have what we want to order. They are always out. From something that's limited time only, to seasonal slushes/ ice cream, to items that are common like banana shakes or chicken sandwiches or cheese sticks. The staff people are rarely friendly. I will say they have never been rude... but kinda just there. Unconcerned about their job and have no customer service skills. I have never had anyone apologize for being out of things or for the wait. This is my review for the 6 or 7 times I have tried this location in the 3.5 years I've lived in town. It's discouraging to see that the owner responds (nicely and appropriately) to negative reviews on here but nothing...

You will more than likely be stuck in a drive thru where the workers are basically paying little to no attention to the customer (e.g. if they are at drive thru speaker or if they are at first window. Also, I have noticed they have a separate drive thru, strictly for delivery drivers (you always get those people without a car and clueless walking up to this very same window, clearly not delivery drivers, asking for food or whatever, maybe cause they can't read or even just see that it's a drive thru window) but it is very inconvenient as you have to pull up to left side of building, so you have to roll down and utilize right side window to talk and receive food through the drive thru window. Noticed also they pay no mind to this window at this location, making the convenience of having a sperate window actually also inconvenient at the very same time, so you might find yourself just waiting for an otherwise large unspecified amount of time before someone even peers over at the window and it's line's occupants. Overall, very bad service, long wait times, poor packaging for your food items, you name it lol, but this should definitely not be your preferred pre prep rally rally's...
