Came to pick up a load appointment 3 o’clock get here at 10:30 AM. They came and get my trailer at 4:40 PM. Staff very friendly. The only negative I could actually think of is the fact that it’s very tight so if you are in front of the black fence where shipping is at do not drive up in there drive around The neighborhood behind where you see all the trailers part and find the parking spot once you go in they have cameras all over this neighborhood. They’ll find your trailer and truck and they’ll come to you. Pick up your trailer. Bring it back loaded with your paperwork. Again DO NOT TURN INTO SHIPPING!!!!Park on the block anywhere you can find and walk up there. Shipping is not the first office it’s the grey container office . I would love to give this place a five star review. However, when me and my pal went some of the loudest most obnoxious music was being played in the square right next to the tap room by street performers. When I say loud, we couldn’t hear our selves think, carry a conversation or even enjoy the great beer. Asked the waitress if they can do this and she said they do it all the time, it’s a public space. Now the beer it’s self was great, had a lot of exclusive beers you can only get there and they were pretty awesome. We got a large pretzel and that too was pretty delicious. The place deserves a five star rating but when your outside on a balcony and individuals are blasting obnoxious music it really ruins the experience. Sam Adams Taproom is such a great spot to visit in Cincinnati for beer! Cincinnati is known for their breweries and I feel like this place is underrated. I always enjoy coming here on a nice day, sitting outside and enjoying some craft beers with friends. They have corn hole and a really nice outside area! The inside has a great atmosphere too! The last time we came here was before Oktoberfest in downtown Cincy and they had a special going for their Oktoberfest beer and some other goodies. We had so many people asking us where we got our hats at Oktoberfest. It was a huge hit! It's a short walk from famous Findlay Market and would be a great stop before or after visiting there!...
