Sidekix — Restaurant in Cincinnati

Went in right before the store's closing on a weeknight. The ordering process is very similar to that of Chipotle, so my food was prepared very quickly. All ingredients looked and tasted of high quality, and the price was very reasonable. Great sauce selection as well.

However, what I was most impressed with was the level of service. I typically shy away from entering a restaurant if it is approaching closing time. Especially at places like Chipotle, you can almost always bank on receiving the stink eye from the staff if you enter within a half hour of close. Not only was I greeted with a smile during the ordering process, I was also approached by the manager after I had sat down to make sure everything was satisfactory.

Overall: my food was quickly prepared, tasted delicious, received at a bargain price, and delivered with a high level of customer service. It's the perfect spot for someone like me who doesn't like to cook, but doesn't want to break the bank eating out all the time. Looking forward to a...
