Came in to sell some old things of mine and had a very nice interaction with an older worker. Out of no where this random woman (didn’t catch her name, but she was wearing her brunette hair up in a bun) comes up and touches one of my purses and looks at the woman and very rudely says “that’s not real.” And tosses my purse back down and quickly walked away. I literally had just had the purse authenticated a day prior. They wanted to take some of my other items (INCLUDING the “fake” bag) but after that interaction i told them im going to pass. We recently went to the Snooty Fox and Iam sad to say they are racist. Women of color get looked down upon soon as you enter the store. The employee took my mother's clothing half looked at it and stated " At this timewe are only taking clothes that are current. Looking at her attire she wasn't current. Observing the attire on the racks They weren't current Styles either. My mother is very fashionable and dresses ppl regularly, so to hear the sales associate state such claims were degrading to say the least. It has come to my attention by way of experience that this location only takes certain pieces of certain people of certain ethnicities after close observation I was told they were not accepting certain pieces because of the style so I had my friend of another ethnicity bring in the same peace about 2 hours later and they accepted it which let me know never to shop there again!
