Warhammer — Local services in Cincinnati

WARNING: This Warhammer retail location is known to be one of the worst customer service experiences in the Midwest. This was shameful. I have been to Warhammer stores all over Europe and North America, but this store associate, CAM, has the WORST attitude and general customer service I have experienced in my decades of shopping with Games Workshop. Over several unfortunate encounters with him as a shopper, he has been curt, rude, painfully disinterested, and actually at times actively disdainful and demeaning of interests as a hobbyist. Above all, he has continually expressed that he was hoping that I, a paying customer, visiting WITHIN posted service hours, would leave as soon as possible with me doing nothing invasive except exploring and asking questions about different publications and models. He has done this SEVERAL TIMES to me and I am fed up. Absolutely no positive affect or salesmanship to speak of. I assume there is some socio-emotional impairment with him, otherwise, I have no idea how a paid SALESPERON could be so abrasive and impersonal to a paying customer. DO...

To bad we cannot leave a 0 star now. Worst place I have (n)ever been to. Ample parking, that's it. Can never seem to enter the business. They are always closed during normal posted hours. Or they just ignore you when they are inside and you are knocking on the door (again, during posted business hours.)

And posting that your store will be closed is great, if you also post online and make some sort of effort to tell those trying to shop/game in your store.

If anyone can get in, post something about the staff, otherwise just get your GW fix online and game someplace else (like a local business, not this one) and let this place go out...

I come here for my husband, but I can say the atmosphere is so welcoming and the employee that they have staffed here has such a wonderful presence. Don't know anything? He will completely help in every aspect. Know basic details because you're shopping for someone else? With enough clues he will help you find what you need. You will also find people there and gaming all the time and they are incredibly welcoming. It's a small store with small stock selection, but they will help you get what you want even if...
