Dunkin' — Restaurant in Cinnaminson Township

This used to be my favorite location when I worked 3rd shift pre-COVID. A job change due to COVID had me interacting with the AM shift, which is absolute trash. The store manager Mori is beyond disrespectful, as are her associates. I asked for my receipt and was told they had no receipt paper. 《How do you allow your store to run out of receipt paper?!》 I had previously dealt with the assistant manager (who's name I can't recall), who ended up resolving a previous issue I had with Mori and the store about a month ago. The assistant manager was the only pleasant person I've dealt with in the AM. In addition, they have one of the higher price points in the area and have the nerve to offer horrible customer service while charging a premium. They are super slow in the morning and don't stay up to date on curbside orders, forcing me to go inside for my curbside order and wait behind walk-in customers to be assisted. This was my last resort location if my other locations happened to be super packed on my commute down Rt.130 S. At this point, I won't ever be visiting for this...

Great hospitality, curdiousy, and generosity. Originally from Baltimore, I happened to get stuck in Jersey overnight due to messed up circumstances and had nowhere to go to get out the freezing cold til I could get a ride in the morning. They had no problem with me sitting there overnight. In Baltimore they throw you out if you dont buy anything and would never let you sit there overnight no matter what the situation or how cold it is, unless you keep spending money. To go even further with the hospitality, they gave me 2 free coffees throughout the night. Idk what I would of done if I had to sit outside all night in the cold. I probably would of had to find some woods somewhere and start a fire to get through the night but you really saved me. If only everyone in this country was this nice! Thank you for your generosity. Ordered on the mobile app. They didn’t even start my order by the time I arrived (mind you I was the only customer in there so it couldn’t have been that busy). I asked about my order and she had no idea what it was. I ended up getting two drinks that were not at all what I ordered. I brought back what looked like an iced coffee which was supposed to actually be a hot vanilla chai tea. The lady was rude initially but at least she acknowledged she made the wrong drink after accusing me of ordering it cold first (had to show her the order on my phone). Wrong orders seem common here lately (usually the weekends), it’s a shame because it used to be one the best Dunkin’s around. The new staff seem unprofessional and have no idea how to...
