I wish I could give this restaurant a 0 star because the service has been horrible for months now. There are workers inside chatting and standing around when the doors are locked but the hours say open. If you happen to catch them in the off chance that the doors are actually unlocked they leave you standing inside for a while before even acknowledging your existence. If you ask for something they donât even response with words.. you get silence and blank stares. While they were previously accepting online orders, there were several occasions where I had to wait almost an hour for my food. In the middle of tons of people standing around and waiting for their food, youâd see several employees clock out and leave as you continue to wait. The other day I drove over to get lunch on my lunch break but to no surprise the doors were locked. This time someone actually came to the door. She said they were currently closed. I explained the hours said they were open and I have a limited break and I came for lunch and the girl looked at me and said âwell thatâs not our fault.â This is the very last straw and the last time I will ever go to Chipotle. Save your time and money (because food is usually not good) and go to the Chipotle in Cherry Hill. Great service there and itâs actually worth your hard earned money. Looks like this Chipotle needs a whole new management and staff or they just need to be shut down. Although, we said ok, and walked out, they should have a sign that actually says that. So we walked to the car and ordered. We were able to reserve a slot that would only have us wait 15 minutes so the wait wasnât that bad. But her yell out to online only shouldâve been the sign to just leave. We return back in when our time was up and naively stood there and waited to be called. And waited.There were at least 5 girls back behind the counter and not one said A WORD. Only realizing OURSELVES there was a rack on the side with 2 brown bags and then noticed it was our food! I literally laughed out loud I was so shocked. There was a girl at the soda machine behind the counter that just kept looking AND SAID NOTHING. After this saga we find out they messed up our entire order to the point where we just threw it completely out. When I reached out to speak to the manager about the order discrepancies, Laurie assured me the reason our burritos were cold was due to the toppings. I wouldâve maybe believed it, but since half of my toppings were missing, Iâm going with my instincts on this and not believe her (and wrap itself was cold) WHAT A BIZARRE BUSINESS I almost felt like I was in the twilight zone. It's to be noted that I was in contact with support and not someone from within the restaurant. Can't say I'm thrilled with that but my problem was fixed. Take that for what it is.
Don't even bother going to this chipotle. It never fails to disappoint. Ordered from this location for the first time in months because I've had trouble with them everytime I order. Had the itch for a burrito and a bowl for a friend. I got half of a burrito. HALF. I got two tortillas for dinner with half a scoop of rice, a sprinkle of cheese, a few pieces of lettuce and five pieces of meat. The bowl was barely half full and was basically hot sauce. Same thing. Almost no rice, chicken or toppings. On top of that we didn't receive the tortilla on the side. I won't pay almost $30 for no food. Oh and it was cold. It's ridiculous. Add on that I ordered my food at 6:00 and didn't receive it until 6:40. I have only had problems with this location, this last time was finally enough for me to write a complaint. Sent them a complaint but we'll see if they even contact me. I know I'll be asking for a refund and won't be returning. Looks like I'll be going strictly to Mt. Laurel from now on. What a way to...
