Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Cinnaminson Township

First time coming to this location. Was actually excited to try this new spot out but when I get there , I was disappointed for a few reasons . First, I noticed there's no dining in. My wife n I wanted to grab a bite and sit down and just have some "us" time ... 2nd, service was very off n slow. It was only one meal that my wife and I was going to split and a milkshake. 3rd, fries were off. Tasted like if they were either recooked or sat for a while. Wasn't fresh at all. And last, while we waited outside since there's no inside for our order , there was so many flys and mosquitos around the waiting area . This particular chick fil a is very different from all of the other ones I've been to. Even tho I live closer to this one, I will rather take the drive to Delran or route 70 before the...

Service at this location runs very inefficiently. We regularly place mobile orders for quick service at surrounding locations. For some reason, at this location they heavily prioritize drive-thru orders and leave Mobile Thru orders to wait in line for about 15-20 minutes until drive up is done. I wait longer at this location than at locations where mobile and drive thru share a lane. Also considering there is no inside service at this location, I’m not sure why both lanes of the drive thru move so slowly. It’s sad because the food is good and the people are kind. After 5 visits of 15-20 minute drive thru waits even when we are the first and only car in mobile thru, we would rather drive down the road to the Delran location for quick, fast...

Hopefully they get better with a little time. Food was great (although fries were cold), but that's the only good thing I can say about this location. Service was confused and very very slow. No inside ordering - just drive through. 2 cars were ahead of me and it took 20+ minutes to actually get in and out. Staff makes several trips back and forth to each car, not sure why, and isn't sure which item(s) go to each car. And there were only 3 cars there. It would have taken less time to drive to the Delran location, order, get my food, and come back than it did to get through this location. Not sure why Delran's location is so well organized and efficient and this location...
