Burger King — Restaurant in Citrus Heights

Rude and Sloppy!!!

First: We are going thru the drive-thru. When we drove up to the payment window, the cashier told my husband to back up, and drive back up CLOSER to the curb for her to get the payment card. She didn't even TRY to put her hand out! My husband could've just leaned out or gotten out the car to give it to her. But she refused to even get the card until we backed up and moved closer.

Second: We ordered a small and a medium orange juice and they charged us for it. They gave us TWO juice boxes. I told them we ordered a medium so one should be in their drink cups. They said they only have the carton. I asked them why they didn't inform us about it AND asked us which size we wanted, cause obviously I just paid the price for a medium orange juice just to get the same as a small AND they didn't want to compensate for a second carton to make up for the price difference!

Lastly: When we got our croissants, not only were they LITERALLY COLD, they put bacon BITS instead of slices! It's like crumbled leftover pieces of bacon that they just scooped up and dumped into their cold cheese and everything!

I tried calling them when we discovered the croissants being non-edible, the phone doesn't ring and goes straight to voicemail that is FULL so it automatically disconnects you.

My family was just in town for a basketball tournament and had to find something fast and quick to eat. Fortunately we will NEVER be going...

It seems that every time I attempt to give this location another chance, they remind me why I stopped eating there in the first place. The food I get is NEVER hot and the cheese is rarely melted. Today I ordered two double cheeseburgers with NO KETCHUP. That's it. Simple, right? When I got my food, the burger patties were luke-warm at best and hardened, a tell-tale sign that they had been sitting for far too long. If that isn't frustrating enough, SURPRISE...there is ketchup on both of them. I ordered through the drive-thru, and as I waited at the window, I watched the person who was in the drive-thru ahead of me park her car and then take her food inside. Let me guess....her order was either wrong, or the food was not up to par. Take your pick; either one is unsatisfactory. I was gracious enough to give two stars, only because the woman who handled my order offered me good customer service and was extremely friendly. Truth be told, I don't know if my order was messed up by her or the cook, could have been either one. Unfortunately, I am now boycotting this location and will never return, which is a shame, because I love Burger King and this is the only location close to my job. One last note about this location is that it is always crawling with tweakers or homeless folks, both inside and out. They seem to flock to this location and use it as their local hangout. It's not exactly...

On May 1 at 8.40 I needed to pick up the order, the door was closed and I went along the drive - the order was ready. There was a woman standing at the window ordering and really thinking a lot about what to choose - and I drove to the window to quickly pick up the order that had already been ordered online.. A young employee came running and started yelling hysterically at me according to her rules, I have to wait until the woman orders and they will cook for her and only then they will issue an already ordered warrant from the house for me.. but while the young girl was screaming hysterically, more cars arrived at me and I had to leave! They are required to give paid orders through the door but this did not happen! a dump and not a restaurant! the employees can just yell at the elderly woman and make their own rules as they please! They probably do this on purpose to eat paid orders themselves and cause trouble for people! On May 1, a girl employee ate my order because she was working because she drove away an adult and did not give the order.. I will never go there again and do not recommend it to others!! no rules or respect! this is done in 5 minutes - the order is paid and ready, and simply issuing it is a big...
