Let me start by saying that we have a newborn at home and we’re starving, so we ordered food to avoid having to leave the house. My husband placed the order at 6:20pm and got a confirmation email saying our estimated delivery was 7:05pm. At 8pm we still hadn’t gotten our food. It was raining so we were trying to be understanding, but my husband called to see if they had an eta and the driver hadn’t even left yet. We got our order at 830pm. Our pizza was ice cold and the chicken calzone I ordered was literally inedible. The top was burnt but all of the dough was completely soggy and sitting in a pool of liquid. Clearly all of our food had been sitting out since we ordered it 2 hours prior. My husband called and politely asked for a replacement and the employee said he would make us a new order but it would take another hour to get to us. At 10pm was still hadn’t received our new order and the store closed. I tried calling and no answer. At this point it is 10:28, I’ve been waiting for 4 hours for dinner while taking care of a 1 week old, and now every other place is closed so we can’t even order from somewhere else. So incredibly disappointed in the service for the price we paid. We’ll be calling and asking for a refund from the manager tomorrow. Read moreThe main issue here is that I order a pizza online at 620, got a message of approximately 640 ready time, sat waiting once arrived at 640 until 705 and it is 100 degrees. The person at the counter told me it would be about 8 mins. They have no AC inside.
Please have the decency of a somewhat accurate time frame for online orders pick up. It seems they are giving priority to deliveries; as I saw literally 8 pizzas leave to delivery drivers before I received my order.
I received my order at 705 (25 mins later) went to check it and was given a cheese pizza with oregano when I ordered the gold rush pizza with multiple meats and toppings. After waiting this long for a pizza and a calzone for 40 dollars I had to ask for my money back to avoid having to wait another 45 mins for a new pizza.
I was told my meal would be refunded and that I could keep the pizza as is. I was issued a refund of the pizza price, but I would rather have my time back. My wife at least enjoyed her cheese pizza for what it was, but my calzone was doughy on the inside and mostly bread. Needless to say I will find a different place to spend my hard earned money...
