I ordered 82 boxed lunches (8 inch sandwich, a cookie, a bag of chips, and an apple) for my child's team. We were coming to Fair Oaks from a different city and we wanted the food delivered after store closing time. I had every child on the team pick what kind of sandwich they wanted. Vance, the owner was very patient, helpful, thoughtful, and paid attention to every little detail.

He delivered all the boxes to the location. I DIDN'T even have to go to the parking lot and picking it. There were 5 cardboard boxes and he wrote on the box exactly what was in there. Inside the cardboard boxes, was individual lunch boxes. Each labeled as turkey, ham, roast beef, or vegetarian. Inside the box, the sandwich was very nicely wrapped, taped, and labeled. The chips was not a mini pack. It was a good size bag of lays chips and a Grandma's cookie pack that contained 2 chocolate chip cookies. Once i distributed all the food, the box was easy to break down and fold because it wasn't taped. He thought of everything and made it so easy. Payment was easy to do and was very secure. I had a few athletes cancel the day before and I informed him and he promptly refunded the amount.

Whether it is a quick bite to grab, a team lunch, or a party, I highly recommend Mr. Pickle. Vance is a very nice man to do...

The service is awful. I’m sorry, I really don’t like giving negative feedback. Every time I come here, they miss something in my order, forget to include something I pay for, etc. I never left a review because, hey, it happens. But today was just not okay. The woman who took my order this evening was super rude. It wasn’t quite 5 yet (closing time) but she told her colleague to tells us that they’re closed. Now I worked in retail as a kid so I understand how frustrating it is to have someone come in toward the end of my shift. But she made it obvious she was unhappy and tried to kick us out. My husband insisted it wasn’t 5 yet and we stayed. I ordered a salad. She did not look at us and was visibly upset. Thanks to the young man who worked with her: he was nice. I don’t think I’m coming to this location anymore. To any manager reading this; please teach costumer service...

I will start out by saying I have loved Mr Pickles for years. I have eaten at/from several of their locations and they have always been consistent with excellent food and service. I’ve wanted to try this location for a while because of their unique outdoor covered patio. I ordered my sandwich of with no onions and of course she put onions on it. I had the Hot T before but this time it just wasn’t the same, the sandwich was just ok, the bread wasn’t all that fresh and not enough cranberry sauce. Then I’m eating on the patio and the same girl that made my sandwich decided to take a personal call out there using her speaker phone. Talk about drama and she was cussing up a storm . Lame. Right in front of me the customer. Won’t be back here but I will continue to go to...
