Taqueria Los Cantaritos — Restaurant in California

I've ate here quite a few times. Never had any issues til this evening! My fiance and I came here about 740ish for dinner. He ordered the mocajete and I ordered a plate of 2 enchiladas w black beans. My fiance paid. Last minute as my plate was about to arrive to table, the lady told us that we only paid for 1 enchiladas when we asked for 2. Having us wait for that 2nd enchiladas, however was in my last bite of it, I had hair in my food. I ended up throwing up in the bathroom. My fiance told a lady worker that and she didn't do anything about it. He works in the resturant field and knows all about the steps and food handling. She asked to take my plate, told her to take it. She didn't offer anything or apologize. I usually like eating here but something was not right with tonight's dinner. I didn't want to leave a review but am going to because I was not satisfied with dinner and having hair in my food and eating it which cause me to throw up. Something should of been done. Not only that but the order was not right at first when we ordered 2 enchiladas/rice/beans and got one and had to make another order to add the 2nd one. Not sure if we would be back. My fiance...

The food was good but the service was terrible. I ordered a business lunch for me and my coworkers. Drove to the restaurant and picked it up. I asked if everything was in the bag and they said yes. I get back to the office and one of my coworkers entire meal was missing. The super burrito and the churros they ordered are not in the bag. I called, they asked if I could come in and get the stuff, I drove back and they questioned me about the food like they were suspicious I was lying. I was not. They asked me if I brought the bag...what?? No I brought the receipt, why would I bring in the bag? We had already opened it to get our food and threw it in the trash before we discovered stuff was missing.They were very dismissive and the lady that brought out the food THEY forgot and set it down, rolled her eyes at me and walked into the back. I get that people do lie about stuff like that but why would I waste 45-50 minutes of my lunch break driving back and forth for a "free" burrito? Doesn't make sense and I will never go back to this place again. The food was pretty good, that's the only reason I gave them 2 stars...

Went to Lincoln to pick up my mom yesterday and we stopped in Sac for dinner. As usual, I ordered the nachos. My son ordered the 3 tacos plate which came with rice, beans, Pico, guacamole, and sour cream. For my nachos, I ordered it with shredded chicken even though I know I shouldn't have. As expected, the bottom chips ended up soggy. The chips themselves were a thick yellow corn tortilla chip. Not my favorite but better than cantina chips. The chicken had a decent flavor and the tops were hefty. I'm glad this restaurant let's you get as many chips as you want because I definitely ended up needing more. If you are in the Sacramento area and enjoy Mexican food, you should definitely come here. One other neat thing is that they have a point card system. After 9 regular burritos, you can get a free...
