So I went to this Chili's to celebrate my birthday with two of my sisters a coworker and my daughter my sisters work at Chili's but at a franchise they still had their uniform on they had just got of work and wanted to take me out for some drinks so we ordered chips and salsa and loaded wings we also ordered some mango presidente margaritas and other drinks for the adults my teenage daughter order sirloin steak fries and mash potatoes not only the drinks took a very long time but when we got the margaritas they were the regular instead of mango flavor the chips we got were stale we still ate them like that we didn't want to complaint but the wings that we got we had to send back because they were cold manager came with another batch which it was fresh and a whole lot better than the ones we got before he saw my sisters shirts and asked what Chili's they work at and they told him. When we got the margaritas they weren't the ones we order they gave us the regular margaritas we had to asked for some mango syrup to fix them. When my daughter got her steak and fries her fries were cold so we asked for fresh ones and we got them. It's my birthday so I had asked for molten chocolate cake they came they sang happy birthday to me we start eating the cake and there was a hair in the cake I pulled the hair while my waitress was still standing next to me and showed her that it had a hair she left and called the manager when the manager came I believe his name was Allen with the cake I told him I didn't want it no more he told us he was trying to be nice that we shouldn't be acting like that so we looked at him astonished i had never in my life been treated like that so we asked acting like what we had a hair in the cake what did you want us to stay quiet and eat it he said no I'm not saying that I'm saying that you work for Chili's that you shouldn't be acting like that so I told the manager I'm sorry I don't work for Chili's I came here to celebrate my birthday I had a really bad experience with you guys today I had a hair in the cake and I don't want it no more he asked for my sisters name so he can called their stores he kept saying ya'll should represent Chili's wherever ya'll go so my sister told him again so what are we supposed to do stay quiet when something is wrong he said he took care of whatever was wrong with the bill we asked for the bill and we left. I am a manager of a fast food place I would never ever treat my customers the way we were treated even if they work at the for my company i dont know maybe Chili's policy is different but a were I'm from managers treat their customers with respect. I'm just saying ya'll lost a couple of customers tonight. Thanks for ruining...
Read moreWhen we got there we were seated. Not many people there. The server took our drink order as soon as he sat us. Took a small while to actually get our drinks. When they came, I told him we're ready to order. Said he would be right back. He went and sat a couple, then went and sat a family. Finally came back and we ordered. We ordered fajitas and an appetizer plate. That was all. The restraint started to get a little busy. He was serving everyone, not once looking our way. Still did not get our food. The couple and family that came after us had their food, ate, and were getting ready to pay. He started having conversations with the family. Our food finally came (45 mins later). I had no plate to use for the fajitas. I thought he would have come over to check to see if the order was right and all ok, but no! Still without drink refills. The fajitas were not even sizzling when they came out. The appetizers looked as if they had sat for a while. I had to get up, go get him, and ask for plates so we could eat and drink more since we finally had food. He said, "Oh, my bad." Wow, is all I could say. So we finally took a bite of our food and it was cold. By this time, the people who came after us had eaten and left. I had to ask another server to get ours. He finally came, still without our refills. We asked for to go boxes and our drinks to go. We had already spent two hours at Chili's and did not get to eat. I am very disappointed and will not go back to chilies on Sheldon and Hillsborough again. It's ashamed because I live two minutes away. I will drive further to go since we go at least once a week. Not the first time service was bad there, but not as bad...
Read moreGood afternoon. I order the new pasta you have on the menu that you are promoting, it's called Cajun Pasta with grilled chicken and no chile spices, so far you gave it to me well but the weight problem when I arrived I was waiting for about 30 to 45 minutes in the parking lot number two until someone came out to take a meal to parking lot number 1 and when it was delivered he looked to the side and realized that I and another lady were also waiting to be served. The boy came to my car and asked me for my order and my name I gave it to him and he told me that order had been ready for a long time that he would change it for a fresh one I told him ok perfect because I can't eat food heated in the microwave I hope I know it will take a long time to prepare it again and I know they are busy in the kitchen, he offered me a soft drink for the inconvenience. When two minutes have passed they bring me the food and I looked at the boy and asked him, are you sure that the food is fresh? He told me yes and Everybody knows that such fast food is not fresh and I was in a hurry because I was very hungry and I gave the boy the benefit of the doubt. When it arrived at my house and I sit at the table, the food was hot but when I began to notice that the pasta was hard, elastic, very difficult to chew, as if it had been heated a second time and the Parmesan cheese in the sauce was very dry. I had to bite it and eat the soup because the garlic bread was very bald with a lot of stickiness and it was not toasted. Of all the times in 14 years that I go to his restaurant to buy food and that happens to me for the...
