Stopped through on my way to 275. They were slow. 1 person at the window and 1 sitting inside working on the computer plus me. They took my order relatively quickly but looked annoyed about it, I paid then began to take cash out to tip, to which the order taker walked away saying your done. I just ignored it, figured it was Saturday night. I went to use the bathroom and saw there was no toilet paper. So, I went back up front and saw the people working went from 4 to 2, and those 2 were on drive thru. I waited and then caught the attention of the assisted batista for the drive thru, I told him they had no toilet paper. He said I'll have someone change that for you immediately. I was like "cool". I waited. Few minutes he comes back out with 2 rolls, sits them down and starts making drinks. So I continue to wait more. As the next 5 minutes progressed I saw another customer enter and the other two crew members emerge. I start looking for napkins or some other alternative to use since I had really needed to pee. But guess what napkins were all out too. As my attention turned back to the crew members and the two rolls sitting right across the order counter from me, I hear my order taker yell to the drive thru barista that he put in my order and wanted the drive thru barista to make it. The response was "what?" And then the order taker walked over and started making my drink. While he is working on that, the guy working the drive thru window (not making drinks) takes the headset off and chats with the 4th dude who came from the bathrooms. It was then that the drive thru barista had the drive thru guy change the toilet paper. He goes and does it. The order taker yells for me to grab my drink, I told him I was waiting to pee and would grab it once done. Fast forward another 5 minutes and the bathroom finally has toilet paper. I enter noticing the empty rolls on the ground next to the toilet paper holder along with trash wedged around the trash can. Like, I get bathrooms are gross, but the dude was in there for a considerable amount of time. Why not throw out the garbage. It's legit 2 ft away. Whatever, I finally can pee. I go to wash my hands and see 2 options for soap. BOTH were empty. So, needless to say, I was super disappointed in this experience. I don't understand the reasoning. I chose to leave a review instead of saying something to the people there bc it was evident they did not care. There was one person actually working vs all, plus it was slow as hell. Like c'mon. Side note, 2 more workers emerged after I finally peed. Idk if you were counting but that's 6 people. 6 to the 2 inside customers and whomever is in drive thru. 🤦♀️ I hope someone who works there will use this review as a learning experience, and will work on making sure those simple things are taken care of. It's just pure laziness...
Read moreAbsolutely the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. I was completely mistreated and ignored—by the manager, no less.
I placed an in-store mobile order on April 25, 2025– arrived around 5:15 PM. When I arrived (in a Lyft), the doors were locked with a sign saying they were closed for a meeting. No notice beforehand, and IN-STORE mobile ordering was still active. I stood outside flashing my phone, clearly showing I had a paid order, and was ignored by staff for nearly 5 minutes.
Eventually, the manager came out, smirked at me, and told me to “go around” to the drive-thru. I explained I had no car and was about to miss my Lyft. He only gave me my drinks once I got visibly upset—after I missed my ride. I just wanted to grab my coffee and leave!
As I was walking away, I realized that one of the lids to my drink wasn’t even on correctly, and coffee got all over my sleeve… I wish I was making this up! I still can’t believe it.
When I began to walk back (to sit outside and call another Lyft), the manager ran out to ask, “What’s the problem?” I wasn’t even causing a disturbance—I’m not sure why I was being watched! Made everything worse.
All of this could’ve been avoided if mobile ordering was disabled during the meeting. Truly awful customer service. Completely upsetting.

Read moreI had an extremely disappointing experience at the drive-thru recently. We placed an order for around $20 and initially only had a $100 bill. The employee at the window asked if we had a smaller bill since they didn’t have change, so we gave him a smaller amount. While doing so, we made a lighthearted comment, joking that Starbucks, being a big company, should have some change on hand. We said it politely, but the employee’s reaction was completely out of line. He became confrontational and rude, telling us we should carry smaller bills and that Starbucks isn’t a bank. I was shocked that he would argue with a customer over something so trivial, especially since we already provided a smaller bill. It felt like he was taking his personal frustrations out on us. Customers shouldn't have to deal with this type of behavior. The employee who helped us had longer hair, a nose piercing, and wore glasses. I really hope management addresses this situation to ensure he treats future customers more...
