I was so excited to try this place yesterday. When I walked in, this place was packed and I have a child with me. I knew we have to order the coffee to go. My son wants to try their ice cream and he was very disappointed we couldn’t just sit down and enjoy both what we want. I do also realized there are two old couples walked in after me and disappointed they can’t find a table to sit. They have to ask a guy who work on computer to share a table. This was not the worst part. When I tried to order the coffee, the lady was very cold and a little bit impatient. I want her to recommend me what’s their most popular latte. She has no smile on her face and very impatient. That’s again not the worst worst part ! I still wanted to give them a chance to try a really good coffee. In the end I can’t believe “how lucky “I am going to this coffee shop. Once I got my hot latte, I walked out of the store . I tried the coffee and it spilled all over my clothes. I wore a white shirt on the day. We were lucky my son didn’t get burned on his face . I wanted to go back to tell the lady she didn’t cap the cup better and half of the coffee went to waste. But thought about how unlucky I am. I decided just walked away. I spent almost $10.00 for a cup of coffee and a cake pop. I do believe a horrible customer service and small details could really hurt the business. I was about to tell all my friends and family to try this place. But it ends up I almost get burned on my body and everything was a big turned off. We won’t...
Read moreWent in for my first time today because I’m on the hunt for a local coffee spot to replace Starbucks, that’s also on my way to work, & near my home.
I walked in and got a nice genuine greeting from the staff, when I say genuine I mean how real people would say hi to you, not that fake corporate required greeting some places have.
They showed me which register to place my order at, didn’t rush me (thank goodness lol), helped me pick a drink, and advised me of alternative milk options since I’ve never been there before.
Also, I ride a moped & have a small dog that rides with me in a backpack carrier. When I need to stop into places really quick, I obviously can’t leave him with my bike (nor would I want to) but I’m also always nervous about being turned away from businesses for a pet policy issue (even though he’s completely contained in a backpack carrier).
They assured me that they are very pet friendly and I can bring my dog whenever I wanted. 🥹 & gave him a little pup cup for the road!
Also, the holiday cookie latte was GREAT! So was the pumpkin cream muffin! I’m definitely coming back, I downloaded the app,...
Read moreI have been here several times. I like the location and the ambiance (seating, decorations). Prices about the same as Starbucks. They do a nice job with the foam on a latte. I ordered my first drink on the app and when I arrived to pick it up I learned that this location will not put cold foam on a hot drink. The staff said they do not control the app and that they put whipped cream on it instead. They were sort of curt about it. Seemed annoyed with me. Definitely a first world problem, admittedly. I asked them to remake it with regular foam and no whipped cream. So I paid for the cold cream I did not get. Staff in general in my several visits are sort of neutral, not especially welcoming. Time before last that I was there I got my laptop set up, went to the register to order, one staff was talking to another as they made a drink, they were not all that busy. And I stood there for a while. I finally said I wanted to order a drink. They said they did not know I wanted to order a drink. To which I said something like, why else would I be standing here? This is all off putting and makes me likely to choose...
