1st of all, I have been coming to this location for many years & I am a regular customer. Especially if I know it's a Casper location. I usually order the same thing. Tonight, I ordered a double cheeseburger plain & they gave me a double cheeseburger with everything on it. I told a girl at the drive-through that it was wrong. She told me to keep it that they would make me a new one. I ended up giving it to a friend that was beside me. Later, a manager came out and said they could not make me another one because they didn't get the other sandwich back. I explained to her that the girl at the drive-through told me to keep it. They told me to pull forward & they would give me a my sandwich I had ordered. Later on, another person I think a cook came out and told me the same thing. I told him they should have told me this in the 1st place. They never did. He also told me to wait a few minutes and said they would make me another sandwich. I waited there for 35 minutes & they acted like they were closed. I decided to leave because this was unacceptable. I used to work at a McDonald's many years ago when I was younger & this is not the way that the Casper corporation trains their people. This is unacceptable & If there GM was there, they would have never put up with this. They acted like it was a joke. I didn't find it funny and if this is how they treat their customers at this McDonald's, it will go down even more. Needles to say, I never got my original sandwich. What a shame this place has gone down...
Read moreI was here a week ago and ordered two steak and egg bagels and was given bacon and egg bagels. I called more than 10 times and no answer. This morning 7/1/25 I go and order two steak and egg bagels talked to one of the managers to inform them that no one answered the phone last week when I called and she flat out told me that the difference in price is .50 cents and that they always answer the phone which is bull crap. I was not looking for a free meal I only wanted to prove a point that they need to answer the phone because when a paying customer orders they should receive what they order. Not everyone can leave work to fix an order that should have been correct to begin with. Even the employee that took my payment said that if they let him he would answer the phone. Funny tho employees have their cellphones on deck but the business phone guess is not that important. The managers there suck all they do is play around with their employees instead of directing and making it a good experience. Will continue to go to the one on Hanley they seem to have a good team and get your order correct not like the manager at this place that just gives you the best excuse like its only a .50 difference. Not what I was looking for. Might be a good idea to send the whole staff to the Hanley store to see if they could train them and they could get it right the next time around. Now I understand all the people that have placed a bad review...
Read moreI’ve eaten hundreds of Mc’D’s meals in my lifetime so I know the food is what it is, but what you don’t expect to deal with is the utter lack of professionalism that we were subjected to at this location. The cashier was nice, a little too timid maybe, but there was an obnoxiously boisterous person at the Drive Through window, Sonia, who made sitting to a quiet meal with the family impossible. There were shouting conversations about work conditions, work hours, all kinds of personal nonsense that was uncomfortable to listen to, not so much because of the subject matter as because of the extreme volume. I had wondered if the manager left the facility since I didn’t think any manager would allow such unprofessionalism in front of customers, but there he was ignoring the conversations. At one point, what I can only assume was an off duty employee because she knew everyone, came in and had a conversation with a steady parade of people, while hanging over the counter yelling to the back. When we decided to dump our trays and leave, we walked by Sonia, at this point sitting at a table by the door, while she shouted across the restaurant something disparaging about the “production manager.” The lone bright spot was the dining area attendant, who kept the area spotless and continually passed through cleaning...
