awful customer service ! I went through the drive-through at 7:45 PM on August 30. It was one car ahead of me. I placed my order paid for it and was sitting and was waiting in my car the car in front of me and then in the back there was a pick up truck and another car. I was waiting over 25 minutes for the girl to come over give the food in the guy in the pick up truck. He looked like he ordered like two mixers and a drink and a meal and the car behind him got your meal and they came after me. I the girl came out lost and was going to each car and I finally called her. She didn't even come to my car and I was the first one and she came to my car and I said hey I've been waiting 25 close to like 28 minutes like what's going on and then she's like she gave me a bag and I did open the bag actually ripped the bag and I was like where is the kids me and she's like you didn't I don't know and she's like I cannot take it back and I said listen. I've been waiting here for close to 30 minutes there's a truck behind me that got his food and his mixer. There's a car behind a truck that got this food and I'm the only one in front of them that didn't get my food and all I wanted was a chicken sandwich a kids meal, which is two chicken tenders and some fries and a mixer. That's not a lot. It's not a lot of food that...
Read moreAshley is a horrendous excuse for a manager. We ordered pretzel bites and 2 Salted Carmel Pumpkin Concrete Mixers. After 10 minutes waiting in the drive thru for our food. We went in to see what the hold up was. Ashley the "manager" said "it's not her fault they are short staffed". Being shorted staffed isn't an excuse for having inexcusable customer service. If you're shorted staffed you let the customer know it's going to be a longer wait time and don't let them sit for over 10 minutes running their fuel. Culver's brand is a set standard above other types of drive thru places because of the quality of food and the commitment to customer service. And when we stated our concrete mixers had melted while they waited for the pretzels to be done. Ashley accused us of cursing at her. Which we were upset but no curse words were used. On top of everything else she lied to make herself be a victim instead of fixing her mistakes and short comings or properly communicating. Absolutely appalled to receive this sort of treatment from Culver's.
Edit: I did contact the website you replied no response.
2nd Edit: The owner of this franchise called and apologized for our horrible experience. The manager is no longer employed there. They have made amends. Also they quality of the food from last visit has improved and...
Read moreWe asked my elderly aunt from the mid west what her favorite restaurant is and she quickly answered with conviction… Culver’s!
We looked to see if one was in Tampa and popped in this location. We met three excellent staff members who went above and beyond. Carlos took our order and patiently went through the numerous options. I explained it was our first visit and I needed a little help to make everything was awesome! I like to customize my burger with lots of toppings and Carlos even repeated everything when we were complete to ensure it was right.
Steve brought our food and was super nice. I would say he is very gracious. Steve asked if we like spicy and the answer was an enthusiastic yes! He recommended we try the Boom boom sauce! It was yummy with the cheese curds!
As for the food… Onion rings were crunchy Burger with extra lettuce, extra tomato, extra pickle, extra grilled onion, etc was tasty Fries were properly salty, crispy and fresh Cheese curds were good with boom boom sauce Street corn was pretty safe. Not a reorder for us.
To complete the meal, Jada took our order for some ice cream to go and was also super nice.
Life is good with great service and well made fast food recommended by our Aunt! We...
