Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Citrus Park

We placed an order, and paid for a cake a couple of days before we needed it. We picked up the order on the scheduled day and when we got the cake home and opened the box, we could see that the cake was not what we ordered. I called the store and told the woman that answered the phone that we had just picked up an order and when we got it home we discovered that cake was not what we ordered. She told me she would check on this and put me on hold. When she came back on the phone, she said said "yeah, your cake is wrong" and that I could bring it back if I wanted to. I explained to her that given the time that we needed the cake for that day, which is why it was ordered for that time of the day to begin with, that there was not enough time for me to return to the store, and exchange the cake for another one and return in time for the event. She then told me okay, sorry about that and said bye.

We, the customer, did everything that we could do to insure that this cake was ordered, and scheduled for pickup, on the day and time that we needed it for.

Given that Nothing Bundt Cakes did not provide us with what we ordered and paid for, they could have at a minimum offered to deliver us the correct cake, or offer some or all of our money back for the cake. Even a store credit would have been better than "sorry about that". Mistakes happen, but how you handle and resolve the mistake is a direct reflection of you and/or your business. This mistake was simply handled poorly.

On Saturday, May 9, 2020, Mothers Day weekend i visited this location to pick up an order for my Mother. Wow, the line outside due to social distancing obviously were long and to be expected. They were also providing curbside delivery as well. Given the circumstances it looked pretty organized. The owner, i think her name is Tammy was running around the parking lot getting names for pick up on a clipboard, she was also taking names and writing up orders for those of us in line outside the store. This allowed us to move thru the store more quickly. I watched the employees really hustling to get the orders out to us. I have been here on other holidays and it has always been a smooth and well organized process. This Morhers Day i praise them for staying opening and allowing us to purchase these cakes for our Moms. I know it probably was difficult on them but they were working hard to get us all our orders. Wait time was about 15 min, not terrible. The owner is very friendly and even made a few jokes while we were in line. She thanked us for our patience and our purchase. Once we got into the store you could hear the phones ringing none stop! Hopefully all that called or placed orders remember these are different times and had a understanding that these businesses probably did their very best to provide us cake for Mothers Day. I love this place, the staff is friendly...

Came here for the first time on a recommendation from my daughter's teacher. I'm so glad I came in and now know where it is located since I'll definitely be back!

The white chocolate raspberry is absolutely amazing. It's not overly sweet and the cake is just so moist that it melts in your mouth. The cakes are beautiful as well.

Upon waking in, you proceed up to the counter where there are several flavors of the mini bundts displayed in the refrigerated case. They also have bite sized bundts available by the dozen. Pricing is very reasonable--$4.29 for the mini bundtlets.

My only complaint was that the employee working when I went was not very customer friendly. I mentioned it was my first time there and didn't really know how to order. Al she said was that the sample of the Day was off to the side and I could help myself, which I did and how I made the choice of ordering. It was a fellow customer that's a regular from what it seemed that made some suggestions and told me about the different options available. But despite this, I'll still be back because it's so delicious. I also love that you can order dozens of these and they have tiered cake options.
