Fuzion Spice — Restaurant in Florida

This restaurant has EXCELLENT food. Everytime I've eaten here, the food has been top notch. The food won't disappoint, but the speed of service will. I think they've reached the clientele, but will have a hard time maintaining them. They need to hire at least one more person.

I walked in the door at 7:42PM, placed my order at 7:57PM and walked out at 8:37PM.

They aren't capable of handling their online orders and the orders placed inside the restaurant. I stood in line for 15min before I made it to the register to place an order. The 4 people in front of me placed orders online and were not being acknowledged, because the register attendant was preparing the online orders. This lets me know they need to hire help, just to service the online orders and/or extra help in the kitchen.

I watched 2 customers walk-in and right back out the door, due to speed of service. The register attendant didn't notice the missed business because she was in the kitchen helping with food preparation.

They also have a small dining room, 4 tabletops and a smaller/longer bar style table along the windows. 3 of the 4 tables needed cleaning. Cleaning the tables would take no more than 3min. Because of the size of the restaurant, it should always remain tidy.

Again, my experience with their food has always been excellent, but the speed of service is not the best. I will definitely edit this rating when I see...

I loved this place! Small family run place. When we placed our orders, the lady at the front was super pleasant and helpful with the menu. The food took some time - but this is because it was being prepared fresh with fresh ingredients- and you could tell. One thing i noticed - the drinks in the drink containers were very reasonably priced - giving the feeling to the customer that they let the food do the speaking and don’t need to go gouge their customers. It made me want to spend more on their delicious food.

the food was outstanding. It was made to order in boxes - the fire cracker chicken came with rice and broccoli- the chicken wasn’t overly battered, and was fried perfectly. The portions were huge and honestly can feed two normal sized appetites. The egg rolls were clearly fresh made and fried. My wife’s pineapple fried rice was super fresh and tasty. I have been to local trendy asian restaurants that charge twice the price and the food was similar.

did i mention the people who run the place were so darn nice!?!? the lady who cooked our food came to check if we liked it. How could we not!?!

Atmosphere- it’s a small place, with 4-5 tables. You order, pay then sit down. it’s simple. But the food does...

In full disclosure I do not often eat Chinese food. Nothing wrong with it, just never had the opportunity growing up to acquire an appreciation for it. Recently I had a colleague visiting on business from overseas in China. I wanted to find somewhere to take him that he would appreciate. In looking for a local restaurant I came across Fuzion Spice and decided to give it a try. I am thrilled I did. In fact, my guest said when I asked him if he enjoyed it, "This is the most enjoyable meal I have had visiting the US, that reminds me of food back home." That's a HIGH compliment.

The staff are amazingly kind and helpful. The restaurant is simple and understated. The food was incredible and I can't stop talking about it.
